I've been saying for a very, very long time now that I need to do something with my workspace. I was flipping through the magazine Where Women Create and realized that nothing in the magazine fit me, until I saw this spread. I don't necessarily love the layout or anything like that. What I do love is the feel of an old, industrial space with history. I love the furniture looks like it has a story to tell. Those tables & drawer units are amazing!! So, that's what I want my workspace to feel like: that there's history there & that there's a story to tell. And that, of course, fits right in with my interests: maillesmithing & keeping an herbal apothecary. Now, where does one find furniture like that???
