Many thanks to Skeletalmess for his great texture "Chaotic Souls"...
...for Ghostworks competion #6...
A little break from my Walk Alone series... :o)
I know, it's a mess. I'v been living tiny rooms in shared flats for the last ten years and I am sick of it. My current flatmate told me several times in the past weeks that he wanted to leave so I could rent the hole flat and move my Lego to a bigger room with proper storage and all. I figured cleaning up wouldn't be worth the trouble if it's only for a few days, but he postponed again and again. Starting September I will begin my apprenticeship as a carpenter and since I am a slow builder and will have significantly less time then I want to get as much building done as I can now, so the mess will only get bigger for the rest of the month.
Cork tiles, cut and fit into second-hand frames, and bonded with scraps of fabric.

Have fun, please give credit for parts.
The screws and such from the left to the SPW logo are made by The Wezzy. Credit him if you've used any of those.
Feel free to comment and such.

This is the current implementation of my GTD setup. Nearly the entire space is contained by the 7x5 foot area beneath my Ikea Stora queen sized loft bed.
Featuring:
- Ikea Stora desk attachment to the Stora bed serving as supply storage, filing area, and writing desk.
- Ikea Jerker desk serving as my computing area with desktop adjusted to "sit or stand" height. Not pictured is the wheeled drafting chair that seats me high enough to be comfortable.
- 6x3 foot cork bulletin board I custom built into the bed frame.
- 4x3 foot white board (Out of frame, composing the right wall) I custom built into the bed frame.
This is yet another picture of my Workspace, but I revamped it yesterday, cleaning drawers, shelfs and well, the, eh... WORKSPACE!
The actual desk is pretty minimalistic
- 2 pen pots, one pot for black pens, and pencils, second pot for colored pens.
- 20" Dell Screen
- Logitech Wireless Keyboard
- Razor Mamba wireless mouse with dock.
- Ipod Touch
This workspace works for me because I do a lot of work on the computer, so I do not want nor need clutter on my desk, It also works for me, because when something comes up and I need space, I know I have it and it's there ready to roll!
As a fellow Lifehacker User/Commenter I think it is my duty to have a minimalistic desktop, after all the advice they gave me, it was not that hard, I will probably take pictures of the 'under desk' to let you guys have a look at my wiring. And a picture of my entire workshelf: desk+ 2 side Storages.
Cheers,

My workspace with a current painting in progress.
This table is also where I sew and screenprint.
I think I need a bigger table.
My current workspace at home. I usually do most of my writing at Cafe Pause though. I took the picture for Matt Fraction's "Deskset" pool.
Before embarking on any major remodeling projects, I like to first create a 3D rendering of my vision, so I know what I'm aiming to accomplish.
PS - we first tried the green and it looks horrible in real life.
My workspace. Those windows are one thing I will miss about the current house. The lightbox is hiding somewhere and the computer is in another room.
Moving into the new house... Fun. Not! Tonight I got started on getting my workspace set up! I get about a 7th of the basement. I'm so excited to be able to build again! The only problem is over the past month (since my Lego got packed up), I've developed a surplus of ideas. WWII hotel, dropships, sci-fi stuff, etc. Anyway, expect MOCs in the coming weeks.
This is what my workspace looks like while I remodel my room. Basically this and the fact that my fucking detail brush splayed are the reasons why I haven't posted any customs as of late.
If you want try and play some "I spy" and see if you spot any suuuper top secret WIPs and un posted shit.
Please Read: If you know what citadel paint color is closest to TLC dark tan please share. Also I hate greenstuff and I want to step up my sculpting, what putty should I use?

Had the chance too work with a classmate (Korey bear Lewis)on one of his most recent projects that he say is a "Starbucks on steroids"
Vika Alex drawer unit and a kitchen drawer organizer is great for pens and stationary. I prefer this over desktop pen holders. Other drawers hold my tablet for photoshop, USB cables, printer paper, envelopes etc...
My workspace right now. Pretty much my ideal combination of glass-and-steel cleanliness, device integration and wireless freedom.
