You'll have to imagine the ears and antlers, but I think I've made a pretty good pattern. I guess we'll see when the project is through.

The final stage of my "Anxiety" piece which has dogged me for many months.
The background colour was still a concern so I added a violet dye to the whole which was more pleasing.

I have been working on a piece about anxiety in confinement for three months.
The time has come to add a figure to this and I have been sampling various ideas which will be put into a book.
The exhibition is scheduled for July and the book should accompany the (hopefully) finished piece

Counted that I have only 18 more to crochet to finish. That doesn't seem so bad. Maybe it will get done this year after all.
Design modification : I have decided to 'scale down' the design to one panel instead of the original one which was a 'three-panel design'; reason being the stitches and joints are uneven (not close enough to be 'Sashiko'-standard).

Found my old (very old) unfinished project. And can't stop to wonder how that tiny crosses turn the splashes on a fabric to this amazing bright picture!
