This is a model which my daughter made whilst in Nursery. She said that it was me!.
I pressed heated forma foam ( memory foam) into the face and I hope to use the imprint to print on to paper and fabric. I could get very excited about the possibilities of this product. It seems to be mostly used for taking imprints of natural products, such as leaves. Angie uses embroidered Indian fabrics from which to take an impression. ... but what about using your own stitching or mixed media piece..... it's almost like a collograph in reverse.

So I've been toying with the idea of poses for a long time. nothing animated, just expressive emotional poses for pictures. I'll be doing singles, and couple poses. I'll post them as I finish them. I'm no good with advertisement ads. anyhow preview of first pose creation. I need some tips on how to keep the pose from moving..so any tips are welcome. thanks Lexia
I finally picked a combination and pose for my Black Templar commander. This is my official pre-entry photo. I will have four weeks to paint him starting next Saturday.
This will be my first competition entry and I am being placed in the 2nd tier category -- so if nothing else at least I walk away knowing that amazing painters think I'm painting close to their level. That's good enough for me.
