Doing a bit every day, this center plot is enormous. The dog lawn is just starting to come up in the front section. I had to stop, it poured last night, and there are too many spiders and other creepy crawlies in there today... After the center section is weeded, I'll do the perimeter, trying to figure out what is a plant I want to keep and what is a weed tree.
Road Trip Day Five: Meteor Crater. Somehow we had it in our heads that it would be larger. Still pretty big though.
Gotta love how sheer this fabric is and how when you hold a project up you can see all the junk on the backside. :P

This shows how I build up a portfolio of political cartoons prior to an election.
I have taken a small part of a cartoon in "The Economist" and manipulated it in Paint Shop Pro.
This will form the basis for sketches and stitch samples before I embark on my General Election piece.
This is an 11x14 pencil portrait of my son that I am working on. Sometimes I forget how soothing drawing can be. Until my daughter sees this, then I will have to hurry and do her one. I wonder if I can hide this so hers can be peaceful as well? Probably not...lol.
