Started another painting, roughing in the shape and colour.

these are rimmed in dark grey and foiled in silver

I've come to a standstill with these - can't work out the pattern! In addition, I seem to have chose the wrong size and these socks are HUGE. Yarn is Tofutsies in a mixed vegies vomit colourway.

I grabbed stashed and recycled papers, envelopes and other ephemera to fill up the book. Since the binding clips open and close, I can always move things around, flip pages or add new materials.

Work in progress.

I drew on to the pages of an old book and painted the faces with pigment paint.

This picture shows them after I applied them to a previously dyed blanket.

They await stitching!

none of the features are permanent. everything is pinned, waiting for costumes before they get their final resting places.

4 Blythe dresses cut out, fraychecked and pinned. I'll have to find some nice trim for these :)
