This photograph is a sample taken with VAIO UX50, SONY's new micro WindowsXP PC. It's very noisy...

Two cameras are built into VAIO UX, and this photo is taken with the outsided camera. It is an image quality at the japanese cellular phone level two years ago though its camera have one million pixels.

The other camera has adhered internally for the video chat.

Specification: 1.5 GHz Core Solo, 1024 MB RAM, 60 GB HD and Superdrive.

Description: My Mac mini arrived prior the weekend so I got some time to play around with it before putting anything useful on it. So I installed Windows XP. I had some trouble making the XP boot stream CD, since I don't have access to Windows equipped PC with required software for the process. The driver support was also difficult. Without tutorials and tips in the forums at onmac.net this wouldn't been worth the time and effort, so kudos to them. Regarding WOW it runs times better in Windows still. The Mac port is probably just not optimized for this kind of video hardware yet. Haven't decided if I keep the Windows partition in the future since I run out of space quickly with only 60 GB.

What a magic little box I have here. <3

A nightmare on my computer. For arcane reasons (probably gremlins) all fonts on my computer was deleted. The only available language was Lemurian or Atlantis language, I think. Windows Xp, year 2012.

XP Sheep. Whilst driving around the quiet country roads in North Yorkshire on the weekend, I spotted this scene and quickly pulled over to the gateway of the field to get it before the sheep trotted off away from the mad human with a camera! The curve of the hill reminded me of the standard old Windows XP desktop image a little and the addition of the sheep made it a little more interesting.

Preston, August 2007 -

Since my normal PC is causing more and more trouble I thought I could switch to the Mac Mini altogether (even though it's RAM and HDD specs are not as good).

After some problems the Mac Mini can now boot into OS X, Windows XP and Linux (Ubuntu).

The good thing with the Mac Mini is that it is so quiet and is using much less electricity than a "normal" computer.
