This is my current set-up right now. Although I really don't mind how my desktop looks since I don't really look at it when I'm working. Just wanna share it all with you guys.
Here are the specs:
1. Wallpaper - creativesuitepodcast.com/index.php?post_id=211367
2. ObjectDock using the DogMax background and the magnification effects disabled.
3. Rainmeter using the glitch config Complete
4. Win XP theme using Alduin
For months when I was working in the store at the Western I would spend quiet afternoons doing sudoku puzzles. And recently I've been doing the puzzles in the free Metro newspaper on the train to and from work.
Last weekend I threw together a little C# application that solves Sudoku puzzles. It can solve most of the puzzles in the Metro and all the easy ones in the Independent.
This puzzle is from the July 23rd issue of the Metro. White squares hold the digits that were printed in the newspaper, yellow squares hold the digits that the application calculated.
The wireless network icon in the notification area of the taskbar has a little red X in the corner, the icon's tool tip says "Not connected. Right-click here for more options." and the Wireless Network Connection dialog is telling me that my laptop is "Not connected" but at the same time that same dialog is telling me it is "currently connected" and offering to "Disconnect" and I am in fact using my wireless connection.
As if people weren't confused enough by computers...
This may look familiar to some....the game Hover from the Windows 95 days.
I was glad to discover that is works fine on Windows XP.
