Het was druk dit jaar, de groepen veel te groot, het wachten te lang. Ik kon niet vrij fotograferen en het afknippen van de mensen lukt ook niet echt, maar het hoeft toch ook niet? Het is zoals het is en dat is goed.

It was busy this year, the groups far too large, the wait too long. I couldn't photograph freely, and cropping people isn't really possible, but isn't it necessary? It is what it is, and that's fine.

This is what I love about Scandinavian homes: they place a lamp in the window and illuminate their long evenings in winter. It was very impressive to see that once around Christmas time in Stockholm.

This window in Chichester Cathedral contains glass from Lorraine. I tried to get a little bit close-up to capture more detail.
