Watch the hair! An egg white conditioning. Scene designed and made by StudioM at our workshop in 2005 - copyright held. Sold AFTER this photo was taken by an animations and Promotions company which has exhibitedd it widely in many media forms since. Howver claims by this company and its puppeteer director to be

the 'mastermind' and 'creative force' behind it are COMPLETELY false, deliberately misleading and an infringement of StudioM's copyright. They had no creative input into the scene as seen here.

My original sketch for the laundry scene. I changed the original design when I made the scene and omitted some sections to be used in other scenes - for instance, the sewing machine section and the boot polishing section I used in other scenes. I created the Sudsomatic scene from this sketch - see other photos. Scene designed by and subsequently made by RGM of StudioM at our home based studio. Copyright held. All original drawings and sketches held by StudioM.

Juanita Wellings in Clifton made the mice to my design, drawing and specifications on how to make them.

Part of one of the many Santa workshop scenes StudioM designed and made from 2001 to 2006. This little fellow belongs in one of the many car workshops I designed and made.

Designed and made by StudioM at our Tinbeerwah workshop in the Noosa hinterland. Moral rights/ copyright held by RGM of StudioM. The scene was sold after this photo was taken to a local animations and promotions company and it has been exhibited many times since. However, any subsequent claims by this company or its puppeteer director to being the 'creator', 'mastermind' or 'creative force' behind it or anything to do with the scene's creation to this stage are COMPLETELY false, misleading and an infringement of StudioM's copyright.

So easy why can't the pollies take note? Designed and made by StudioM at our Tinbeerwah workshop, Nov 2002. Sold to an animation and promotion company. Any claims by this company and its director to be the 'mastermind' or 'creative force' behind it are false and misrepresentative. It was exhibited at Christmas 2011 in Kircaldie and Stains window in WEllington, only the elves had been replaced by the promotions company with some non descript white teddies wearing red Santa hats. Very original!

The elves and mice were made by Juanita Wellings, a dollmaker in Clifton, to our specifications.

The scene from the top showing the depth involved. The mice live in the roof structure of the house and you will be pleased to see they are very clean.

Designed and made by RGM of StudioM at our workshop and sold AFTER this photo was taken to a promotions and animation company. Copyright remains with StudioM.

StudioM comissioned Juanita in Clifton to make the Santa torso and head, Santa's clothes from Santa hats that I acquired and sent over to her, and the mice to my specifications and design drawings. Santa's head is a pie face - very shallow in depth to accommodate the small depth of the scene. We gave Juanita specific instructions on its making, materials to use for the face, etc. All original sketches, drawings and specification notes for the scene, Santa's face and torso, and the mice are retained by StudioM.

Let us give thanks! This is by far the most humorous window design in the set!!!! A family begrudgingly shares a Thanksgiving table together.

One elf has dropped his iron as he prepares to iron his shirt on the wing of the plane. The other elf has another kind of iron in hand to practice his shots. You can see how narrow the scene is from this aangle but from the front it has a good illusion of depth. Designed and made by StudioM at our workshop in Cooroy/Tinbeerwah hinterland. Moral rights/ copyright held RGM StudioM. The scene was sold to a promotions company after this photo was taken without copyright transfer. The comapny added a simple shaft and cam system overhead to enable some very simplistic up and down motion. This is a commonly used method of providing simple movement to such scenes. Unfortunately, since the scene left our studio after this photo, parties other than StudioM have falsely claimed to be 'the mastermind' and 'creative force' behind it . This is misleading and an infringement of copyright.

Juanita, in Clifton, made elves and mice to our instructions and specifications. All sketches, drawings, instructions and notes in regard to this scene and all of our scenes on this site, are retained by StudioM.

A sneaky elf attempts to put his foot on the spoon and send an egg into oblivion. Lots of broken eggs lie everywhere. You have to be so careful.

The original design and drawing Of the Olde Corner Shoppe by StudioM 2002 which was built by a promotions company. It was designed to be a dismountable display which would house the mobile scenes that StudioM made into the space inside the bay windows - there is a back facade to it - this screens off where Santa sits and meets the children. While people are waiting for Santa photos they can view the scenes inside the windows. The design was meant for a scale of 1:1. Originals of all work retained by StudioM.

Airy fairy games at play in Santa's workshop. Lots of air brushing. The elf hammering away at work does not seem to be aware of the fragility of it all.

The scene was designed and made by StudioM at our workshop in Cooroy/Tinberwah hinterland. Moral rights/ copyright held RGM StudioM. Others claiming to be 'the mastermind' and 'creative force behind it' are completely false, misleading and illegal

This image relates to my work...!

One mouse pumps the handle up and down on a SULTAN battery whilst another rolls a tyre back and forth, uncaring of the other mouse consequently flattened by it all. Life is like that.

Scene designed and made by StudioM at our workshop in 2005- copyright held. Scene sold after this photo was taken to a promotions company which added some simple up and down motion by installing a rotating shaft and cam system overhead to which fishing lines between the cams and objects below allow for some simple rise and fall movement with each rotation of the cams. This is a simple common method to bring some gentle up and down movement into scenes such as these. The scene has also been enjoyed by many in its frozen state by many who have viewed it in our workshop. Any subsequent claims by the promotions company and its puppeteer director to being 'the creator', 'the mastermind' and the 'creative force' behind this scene or any of the sixty plus scenes that StudioM designed and created and consequently sold to this promotions company, would be COMPLETELY false, deliberately misleading and an infringement of our copyright.

Juanita in Clifton made these mice to StudioM's specifications/drawings and design. The original design drawings and instructions to dollmaker remain with StudioM as does copyright.
