Well, you could guess...

Brown ground meat (I used turkey). Season with onion and garlic powder. Add your favorite pasta sauce and cook med-low for 15 mins.

One of our new dishes on the menu is this sensational Lamb Steak. It's served with mashed potatoes and roasted red onions, accompanied by a mint caper parsley sauce - a classic Italian salsa verde which has a wonderfully fresh acidity to go with the lamb.

Tuesday @ noon, Brooke decides to sample a "fish taco" from Cabo's Fish Taco located on S. Main Street in downtown Blacksburg, Va.

 

Trying to decide what to get on the menu, Brooke takes her time and browses at the various items on the menu.
