Spider web with morning dew and black-eyed susans in the background. William O'Brien State Park, Minnesota
Make sure to View On Black if you want to see the web in better detail. You will have to go to origional size though to see the spider.
When I saw how the light was hitting this particular bush in the front yard I so had to sneak in a few photos before I drove off to work. So glad I took the time to do so. The spider web in this shot was an added bonus that I didn't notice when I took the photo.
It's been a crazy past few days with the death of my two older ferrets and the welcoming of two new ferret babies. I will be catching up on photo streams tomorrow and this weekend.

These webs were in several areas along the trail. I've seen them before but never this heavy. Seems strange that the spider would build there web on the floor of the forest. I've got a great pic for slider Sunday..;)
I haven't been on Flickr the last week, so I hope to catch up with you soon.
when I looked out the window this morning I saw this gorgeous web covered with frost...
I took Jimmy for a walk at his favorite trails for the first time since his surgery. It's been unusually warm for this time of year the last week or so. We're enjoying every minute of it :)

Out in the garden with the damsels again this morning - some shots I'm happy with however they'll have to wait. As I walked out the door this web caught my eye and kneeling to take the shot I could see a funky refraction happening on two of the strands so took a few shots - not easy as the spider is a tad blown out (and not that sharp really). However on adding a tad more shadow to the shot the colours really shone on the web strands. Not going to be everyone's cup of tea however I like it.
Apparently flickr are yapping on about a new uploadr for windows so I can upload 000's at a time - taken 10 minutes to upload this one! Aware of the problem they may be but fixing it is a bit of a stretch.
