These webs were in several areas along the trail. I've seen them before but never this heavy. Seems strange that the spider would build there web on the floor of the forest. I've got a great pic for slider Sunday..;)

Fog has some interesting effects.

Not sure if this accidentally awesome picture counts as light painting but the moon was so bright I didn't realize my taillights were on until after the picture was taken. I was pretty excited about this accidental capture of the red glow!

I saw this spider web in the back yard. I was freaked out (as I hate and am scared to death of spiders). So what did I do? GOT MY CAMERA!

only the spider is missing...

Jeska and Ariel were nice enough to model for us along the way. Thanks ladies.

I took Jimmy for a walk at his favorite trails for the first time since his surgery. It's been unusually warm for this time of year the last week or so. We're enjoying every minute of it :)

Out in the garden with the damsels again this morning - some shots I'm happy with however they'll have to wait. As I walked out the door this web caught my eye and kneeling to take the shot I could see a funky refraction happening on two of the strands so took a few shots - not easy as the spider is a tad blown out (and not that sharp really). However on adding a tad more shadow to the shot the colours really shone on the web strands. Not going to be everyone's cup of tea however I like it.

Apparently flickr are yapping on about a new uploadr for windows so I can upload 000's at a time - taken 10 minutes to upload this one! Aware of the problem they may be but fixing it is a bit of a stretch.

Two of these prominently adorn the back yard. Spiders are good. I know this. But EEEEEK!!!
