The Castle Park includes all the walled demesne parkland to the south of Kilkenny Castle and the formal terraced gardens to the north comprising a total of 50 acres. Close to the Rose Garden is a central fountain. The estate overlooks the Nore River and features mature trees and shrubs with an ornamental lake numbered among the many items of interest. It is very well maintained and presented.
This water feature swimming pool and landscaping is in Montebello, Rockland County , NY. The man made waterfalls are constructed of Pa. colonial boulders. It is complemented by Picea pungens 'Globosa' (globe blue spruce), Picea pungens 'Hoopsi' (hoopsi blue spruce), Acer palmatum dissectum 'Tamukeyama' (weeping cutleaf japanese maple), Pinus muhgo (dwarf muhgo pine), Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Filifera' (green thread cypress), Thymus psedolanuginosus (woolly thyme) and Sedum spurium 'John Creech' (stone crop).

This gorgeous custom built pool deck was designed and Installed by Landscape Architect, Gary Roberts, of Great Oaks Landscape Associates Inc. This state-of-the-art pool patio was built on a lakeside property in Oakland Township, Michigan.
The negative edge pool creates the feeling that the pool is an extension of the lake. The pool deck and water features create an eye-catching environment which is unparalleled to standard landscape architecture. The bluestone steps uniquely connect the negative edge pool to the pool deck/spa while creating a functional path to both sides of the patio. The spa is bordered by fountain features cascading into the pool. This elegantly crafted pool deck transformed the backyard into a luxurious relaxing outdoor environment redefining the word elegance.
The landscape was designed and installed by Great Oaks Landscape Associates Inc.

About a year ago I came across a document explaining the idea behind this sculpture and unfortunately I cannot fine the document in question and I cannot fully remember in detail the content. The globe is the earth and it is treated like a football be men [males] ... it is abused.
The spelling of the name appears to vary - Cliona, Cliodhna or Cliodna - but it would appear that the correct spelling is Cliodhna.
Cliodhna Cussen was born and educated in Co. Limerick. She attended third level education in Dublin and Florence and is presently based in Dublin and Kerry. She works as a full-time sculptor using mostly bronze and stone. Cliodhna does graphic work in the Graphic Studio Dublin and she also illustrates and publishes Irish Children's Stories. She has exhibited widely and won a number ofawards for her work, including the Listowel Gold Medal for sculpture and the sculpture prize at the Oireachtas.

Per Wikipedia:
The park was initially designed as an outdoor art gallery, with square rocks and steps at the center, but no water. Running at random times over the rock, water was added to keep skateboarding teenagers from using them. The water on the rocks ended up turning the park into an urban beach, attracting children and families who use it as a wading pool, with the intermittent nature making it a kind of man-made tidal pool. It's called "the community pond" by locals.
This waterfeature was constructed with gulitine bassalt, CMU blocks and LOTS of mortar. it creates it's own unique look as the water cascades down the wall.

I like this park and the associated block of flats
Chancery Park is best described as an extension to Chancery House, a block of council flats designed dating from 1934. The Art Deco style complex was designed by the then city housing architect, Herbert Simms. My understanding is that this nice little public park has very restricted opening hours – 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and it doesn’t open weekends at all, even in summer.
A close up of an ornamental fountain. Nothing special with the lighting, long exposure with tungsten and a bit of tweaking with Lucisart to give it some drama.
The Ouse gets filled by water from the in-flowing burn as well as sea water at high tide. The old and new Finstown Primary Schools are in the middle distance just to the left of where "The Ouse" waters flow out to sea.
This view is easterly towards Wideford Hill - which keeps Kirkwall hidden from sight. Central Finstown was out of sight to the right of this view.
This design incorporated a Sheer Descent waterflow within the Buffet Bar Structure. Notice also Boulder Accents built into Structure.

This was a shot I took of a little waterfall at the side of a pond. I liked the way the light was catching the water and managed to abstract a section out with the camera, leaving the viewer a little unsure as to what they are looking at.
