The title could also have been "Whirlpool frustration".
Some time ago I had a Whirlpool washingmachine which broke a few screws after only being used for a year or two. It couldn't be repaired. I had to buy another machine. I was so frustrated by this event and the customer service, doing laundry by hand a few weeks that I made a collage of my frustration and I'd send that to the company. I've never heard of them since.
So I bought another machine from another company.
