Saturday’s 1 in 5 Million protest in Belgrade was devoted to Krusik whistleblower Aleksandar Obradovic and included a march to the public prosecutor’s office which brought charges against him.
Obradovic leaked documents showing that Branko Stefanovic, father of Serbia’s Internal Affairs Minister, was involved in arms deals which were allegedly detrimental to the Krusik munitions plant. He was arrested for revealing business secrets and is in house arrest after being in jail in Belgrade.
The crowd at the protest was addressed, among others, by Obradovic’s lawyer Vladimir Gajic.
The protesters marched from the plateau in front of the Belgrade University Rectorate to the Public Prosecutor’s office near the St Sava temple in a show of solidarity with the whistleblower.

What you see in the first set of pictures; is State Sponsored Domestic Terrorism. This is another psychological aspect of this Domestic Terrorism. It’s an overwhelming presence; meant to overwhelm a Target with Government and Law Enforcement Presence. A presence so large and intense at times; others find it hard to believe, and immediately bring the Targets Mental Health in question. Then the forces that be, build on this; bringing other acts into question and doubt. The Target trying to address this to loved ones, and others; soon find themselves struggling alone, isolated. As, their life becomes an open Target to every sociopath and bottom-feeder; that needs their daily dose of hate, harassment and recognition.
During the Obama Administration; there was an Open Forum held on Human Rights Issues. This was to be televised. Many that attended where Whistleblowers/Targeted Individuals. These attendees, included Doctors, Nurses, College Professors, others holding Doctorate degrees. The first day; these professionals brought up the same issues I have in my photostream. The use of Direct Energy Weapons, the Intensive Mobbing, Stalking, Harassment and Baiting, across sate lines. The hearings were quickly closed to the public, it wasn’t televised. The attendees had to leave, but not before, many recorded this spectral of Government stifling and dismissal. I have some of their vedios in my archives.
As with so many illegal instances, through out history; our Government Agencies and Corporate America, will use all and any resources to stifle those that try to expose the truth. As I keep telling you; the FBI and many other Government Agencies are fully aware, of the use of Direct Energy Weapons. They are fully aware, that they are being Used on US Citizens, on US Soil. During the Obama Administration, there was the largest efforts in American History, to Stifle Whistleblowers. It was said ‘The Obama Administration, declared War on Whistleblowers’. And, look who we now have in office. These are not political statements. They are statements of disgust; serving, then knowing, experiencing, what really happens in the United States. They are ‘The Death of a Civil Nation’ statements.
There are so many acts tested, used and repeated on us; the general public can’t or won’t except it. This is the United States of America; this can’t happen here. Many of us thought the same, until we became Targets. The truth is; this is what happens to Whistleblowers in America. Their credibility, lives, are destroyed. They become Test Subjects for modern technologies. Some are incarcerated by our corrupt judicial system. These are not conspiracy theories, and are easily validated by educating yourself, and researching our own history.
Those Perpetrators released on us Targets, will use Colors (Another Psychological Aspect), to let the Target know, they are involved or associated with this Domestic Terrorism. That’s how the term Gang Stalking derived. It was associated with Street Gangs, because they too use colors for identification. Those involved in Gang Stalking (Domestic Terrorism); live in your neighborhoods; urban and inner-city. They work in your offices, factories, service industries, local, state and federal Law Enforcement. You wouldn’t think of it, knowing many of them. Here in America; we have no shortage of ignorance, susceptible to false and misleading information. Just turn on your TV, others Nations are!
With me; they use Red and Orange, mostly, you can see it throughout my photostream. I met with a group of women from the Stockton area, in California. The perpetrators that Targeted them used Blue. Three of those women were left jobless and homeless. One became a close friend. She would visit me in Yosemite. The Perps didn’t like that at all. She became so overwhelmed by Direct Energy Attacks; she left the United States. Years later, I met another woman that did the same. A majority of Targeted Individuals in the United States, are women.
I’ve mention in previous post; I do my research, I don’t jump to conclusions, use facts and my own experiences. How do you think the term ‘Going Postal’ derived. Postal employees were being so overwhelmed, by Workplace Mobbing; they resorted to Workplace Violence. This Workplace Mobbing; doesn't limit itself to the workplace. With modern technologies; it continues at your residence, your neighborhood, public places. Sadly, some of these extreme acts of violence have been carried out in public places. I’m not saying all are related to Gang Stalking/Domestic Terrorism. There are plenty with mental issues that act out. Then again; this Targeting is carried out and tested on those with mental problems, with intensity.
I do not condone any violence. I repeat; I do not condone any violence. If you are Targeted, you are much better off, educating yourself. Learn ways to discipline, calm and distract yourself from this Terror. Document everything, record everything, back up everything, leave copies with trusted friends, family. Stay off the websites that claim to help Targeted Individuals. Be patient; Truth and History are on our side.
Now I’ll go through the pictures in this Collage. As Koda and I venture out from our new camp, we are overwhelmed by 3 helicopters and a single prop spotter plane. They helicopters would show up in the distance and circle around as we walked to another road. They did this for over an hour, and only stopped when we arrived back to our camp. I try to get Koda out as much as possible, he needs the exercise, as do I. Some I had to crop a bit, and didn’t come out as expected. I a little new to collages, but will improve.
The first 5 pictures are of the helicopters and spotter plane. You can see the 2nd helicopter flying with open doors. There was a third, but was separated to far, to be capture with my minimum 80mm focal length. The spotter plane didn’t show up in frames 5 and 6, but believe me; it was there and buzzing us the whole trip. Just like you have heard in my previous post.
Picture 6; is a red 4 wheeler, behind a small tree. Then pic 7, is a blue one that followed. Thats our welcome home committee. We get this when we come home from a hike….
Pic 8; is Koda, the Magnificent. He hears Billy-Bob, coming ‘Over the Horizon’. That would be picture 9, dressed in Orange. He was followed by 2 kids, on one 4 wheeler. They gave Koda; the Long Stare of Hate. My emotions got to me, and I decided not to post it. The boy and girl, were way to young, to be involved in this. Their mission, was to harass and torment Koda.
Picture 10; are pictures, of 2 more 4 wheelers. They came from the woods behind us. They were all OD Greened out, with camping gear and vehicles. Once they passed, making their vehicles backfire, they stopped. They can be seen at the top of the picture. They stopped, like the Sociopaths do; to draw more attention.
Picture 11; is Mr Creepy, in a red ATV. He showed up later, as Koda and I sat out front, after lunch. He sat there and watched us, until I went in, grabbed the Half-wit Spotter (Camera), and started taking pictures. Picture 12; is a Black Truck (Oooh, so Intimidating, that’s what they want you to think). It sat there too, watching Koda and I, until I got the Half-wit Spotter. Then he left.
Picture 13; is our morning Fly By (Helicopter). I was outside starting routine RV maintenance. He came in real low; by the time I went in to get the Half-wit Spotter, he had passed. Picture 14; is a Forest Service Truck. He stopped where the other Sociopaths did, prior. He did this after driving by our camp very slowly. Koda started growling as he drove by, which he usually doesn’t do. I starting receiving a light DEW (Direct Energy Attack), and by Koda’s reaction, he did too.
Picture 15; is a woman that came rushing down our road, pulls up to our camp turn-off. Turns around quickly, then speeds off. She had a Sheriffs decal on the back of her car. Also, a decal under her plate stating; K-9 On Board. Koda, again growled. I was receiving another light DEW. I don’t believe they came from the Forest Srvc Truck, or the woman. What you don’t see; are two ATVs (one Red), parked far across the fields, on another road. It ma yhave come from them. These perps use this deception; wanting to think, someone in your presence is doing it.
Picture 16; is a big Red Truck, with Red Trailer. It’s setting in the same spot the others where. Watching Koda and I, until I get the Half-wit Spotter.
As I mentioned in my previous post; I will describe the Symptoms of Direct Energy Attacks, also known as the ‘Havana Syndrome’. I want to forewarn you; here in the United States, Only US Diplomats and CIA agents are allowed to claim these attacks. If you try to report it to the FBI, they will hang up on you. If your try to inform your Representative Legislators; you will never hear from them. Isn’t that so, Mr FBI Guy.
There are many symptoms from these attacks. They are also accompanied by extreme noise campaigns. These noises may be car horns, loud trucks and cars revving their engines, sirens, airplanes, helicopters, Half-wits pounding something. Anything that will intensify the anxiously, you are feeling during these attacks. Something that will also accompany these Attacks; are near snapping sounds, coming from your walls and or the ceiling of you residence. It could be a reaction to from the Microwave Energy. These can also come from the dash of your car, or vehicle, if you happen to be in it. I had a device places in my Jeep; that would make a loud thunk, each and every time, I turned onto the road I lived on. It only happen when I turned onto my road. I have recorded and documented, almost everyone of them.
The symptoms will vary depending on how close the source is. The first symptoms I will notice and also the many other Targets I have spoken to are:
Pressure starting on your forehead and eyes. This pressure will intensify, your face and forehead may become flush red. Anxiety will build, often accompanied by short temperateness or anger. This could be so intense; you will grit, or grind your teeth, lashing out inappropriately. Perps love to build on this in public.
Then forgetfulness. You could be buttering a piece of toast, have it in your hand, and forget what you are doing, and what needs to be done next; like spread the butter. You may acquire slightly blurred vision, a lose of balance. The Anxiety continues and your train of thought is shot. You may experience a temporary Speech Impediment. Often, enunciating the wrong letter or syllable in subsequent words in a sentence, your trying to express. Then again, you can forget what you were going to say, all together.
Ringing in the ears; often accompanied with these attacks. There will be a high pitched ringing. This can change tones, and become a low pitch ringing.
You may feel a specific pain, in a part or parts of your body. Many, often get a severe headache. I have very rarely, in my life, had headaches. But, when I do, they are from these attacks, and are severe. I also, have during and after these attacks; excessive yawning. I have witnessed Koda, doing this amny times.
I, and many, have had heart palpitations. I, and many, have felt stinging in the bottom the feet.
As these symptoms start to wear down; you can be ravished by hunger. You may have eaten an hour ago and still be hungry.
These symptoms will remain, as long as there is a source. Many will continue through the night, keeping you sleep deprived. Like; they did with me last Saturday night. The same day as the Chopper and Plane, followed and buzzed us. I did not sleep at all, finally gave up around 6:00 am, made some coffee, and didn’t sleep until late, Sunday night.
With my military training; I have gone days without sleep. Many of you, may not fare so well, and the Perpetrators, love to build on this. They will intensify these attacks, while being sleep deprived. Right out of the US Army’s Psyops, Play Book. Why you are sleep deprived they will Psychologically, mess with you, in all kinds of ways. Using sounds and manipulated experiences.
These attacks can be in public places, or in the privacy of your residence. These Perpetrators have no boundaries. I don’t know much about the devices used, or their distance. I do know, they are usually followed by the Bottom-Feeders, getting in your face. I did get a cell picture of a man, holding a device in his hand, while I was receiving an Attack. This device looked like the back of a cell phone, with a metal half-loop, coming from the top. The loop was large, about ½ inch in diameter. He held it up, until he noticed me, taking a pic with my cell phone. This happened, while working in Yosemite National Park.
While coming close to finishing this draft; Koda was in the bedroom, he came in panting and acting very submissive. I thought he may need to go out, so I put on my shoes and shirt. Before I got them on; here comes the Sociopathic Plane Pilot, for his fly by. Koda, had heard him before I did, and before he arrived. He flew over before we stepped out, Koda didn’t have to use the bathroom, so I tossed his little log that he found, so he could fetch it. Within a couple of minutes; here comes Mr Sociopath Pilot, back for another fly by. Once we went in, I felt a mild DEW Attack. Koda was panting heavily, seemed very nervous and confused. Like I said; these Parasites Have No Boundaries.

For you Sociopath that have harassed, tormented and tortured my service dog; don’t worry. I will get around to you, on my terms. Even those of you whom think, you feel protected in public places; I will expose you for the Human Trash you are. What do you call someone that teaches young children, to hate, harass and torment a total stranger and his dog? Someone, that uses children and pets, possibly putting them in harms way. I know of, and met with another veteran. He, his mother and his dog; are going through the same scripted torture, that Koda and I are. He lives, 2000 miles away.
My statements may be harsh, but if you’ve followed my post; you know they are true. I have to gear up for a couple of trips into town this week. I hopefully have a credit card to pick up. This will be the 3rd one sent. I requested one, for the one, that’s expiring soon. I checked with the card company. The 1st one wasn’t received, so I requested another. That one wasn’t received, so I asked a manger if she would check to see what was going on. She said the last two were sent, but didn’t show scanned/received by the Post Office. They can verify, to see if they were scanned into a Post Office. These were not. She had one sent Fed-Ex and should be here by tomorrow. But, Mr FBI Guy; it’s just a coincidence. Just like the Phoenix VA Pharmacy, doesn’t mail my Lupus meds, that keep it in check. After I personally speak with a pharmacy tech. They did this twice, while waiting for meds, to find out they was never mailed. Then another time, sending to an old address, 100 miles away, that I had to chase down. After, speaking with another tech. These are the things that happen to a Targeted Individual.
Oh, and I have to do laundry. I wonder if we will be mobbed, baited and harassed by parents and their children. By the owner and his side-kick. I wonder if they will open all the washer doors; to block the aisles, for Koda and I. Maybe they will shortchange me at the change machine again, or leave filth and dry laundry soap on the floors; for Koda to lay on. Or, do I have to go public with this too, for it to stop.
Just a quick update. I posted this; mentioning my problems receiving my credit card. 30 minutes after my post was complete. I get an email from my credit card company; telling me another card has been sent out, and I should receive it my Sept 7th. I called the credit card company, to find what was going on. They didn’t send the card out on the 27th, through Fed-Ex, as I was promised. It was sent today, but there was another card sent the 27th, regular mail. If I don’t receive the card sent on the 27th, by regular mail, by the 6th of September. I need to cancel the one sent by Fed-Ex, because they both have the same number. And, I will have to request another card, and start the whole process over. This after speaking to, two different managers, during these request. The one sent by Fed-Ex, I should receive within the next two days. Are you confused yet? This is the everyday life of a Whistleblower in America, and retaliation from Corporate America, that works hand in hand, with our Government Agencies. Many of these acts are performed just prior to going to bed; leaving you anguished, causing dificulty sleeping. I have been hit heavily with these Direct Energy Weapons, heavliy, sence this innitial post.

Watching the House Select Committee Hearing on Jan 6th Riots today, there was one statement that resonated, “Telling the Truth In America Is Hard”. This was made by one of the Officers Assaulted during the Riots. You could see the emotional and physiological effects it had on the officers and some Senators. Many in the Whistleblower, Targeted Community, know this all to well. Watching the officers testimonies, and listening to the comments from the Rioters, the mob control mentality, the racial slurs, the threats, acts of harm and destruction, a point where mob control overpowers law enforcement; these are acts that I have been addressing for years. I mentioned years ago, “There will be a time when Law Enforcement won’t be able to control this Mob Mentality”.
If you watched the hearings, you watched the truth in America. You watched the mentality of those involved in Gang Stalking and America’s Mobbing Culture. Yes, I said Gang Stalking. It is Domestic Terrorism, in our homes, neighborhoods, our communities, our workplace. It’s Stalking and Mobbing Across State Lines. You may have heard the officers asking Senators to hold those participating accountable. Not only did they ask for them to be held accountable, but those in Government who helped. Now, why is that so hard to do with the technology we have today?
Let me again share some Truths about America. Parents, Grandparents and others; use children to mob, stalk, harass and bait Targets in America. Such was the case yesterday in a Walmart that Koda and I visited. There was a woman waiting at the pasta sauce; she used her two children and herself to completely block products that I routinely purchase. She seemed proud doing so. Then there was a man who used his two children. He waited by the bottled water, the orange juice cooler, dairy coolers, then Ice Cream freezers, to block, mob and bait Koda and I. Then there were the Walmart employees, some the same that mobbed, blocked and baited Koda and I, the last time two times we visited that store. When I was at the checkout register, I asked to speak to a manager, (not to be a Karn, but to tactfully address this). While waiting; I was mobbed by a group of young employees, none of them a manager. I had to repeatedly ask for an actual adult manager. When a manager did finally show up; I addressed the mobbing, blocking and harassment. I told him; it can be seen on their own cameras, from the time I step out of my car in the lot and throughout the store. This was on the 30th Anniversary, of the passing of the America with Disabilities Act. Here it is; the ADA’s 30th Anniversary and Americans are mobbing, harassing, blocking and baiting a Veteran with Service Connected Disabilities and his Service Dog. This whole time, Koda laid at my feet. This is one of the many things I’ve taught him, when I stop for an extended period, he will lay at my feet. He was a shelter dog that wasn’t even leash trained when I adopted him. A dog that now turns right, left, sets, waits, heels, responds correctly to crosswalk audio, helps pull heavy carts, loves kids and other dogs. This dog saved my life in Arizona, it's not an exaggeration, and men and women in America are teaching children to harass and bait him. That’s the Truth in America!
This not only happened at Walmart on this day, but the laundromat we used and a Subway we stopped at. We receive this type of treatment every day, almost every store and community we visit.
There have been many in the Targeted community; that have address this Mobbing/Stalking to Law Enforcement, FBI, Senators, Congressmen and Attorney Generals. We have heard excuse after excuse, and many times blamed. What we do receive is dismissal and retaliation. This is the Truth in America! As I travel from State to State, trying to receive something that resembles competent VA Medical Care; Koda and I are Mobbed, Harassed and Baited, from hospital to hospital, clinic to clinic. This is from VA staff and many Veterans themselves. This is what happens when you address shortcoming in our VA system. That’s the Truth in America!
I am not against Law Enforcement, but we know and have seen the corruption within these agencies. At my last camp; I was being harassed by a couple and was recording it. The man walked up to me, slapped the back of my hand, knocked the phone out of my hand. Being on Public Lands, I called Forest Service; to be given the run-a-round for two hours. I then called the local Sheriff. A female officer came out. She was very professional, looked at the video I had and asked if I wanted to press charges. I said yes, she seemed eager to help me, but when a Senior Officer showed up, he was full of excuses of why they can’t charge for this or that. I showed officers actual video of me being assaulted, and I get excuses.
I can show you a video of a man using his young daughter to destroy a lean-too and bed I made. A mountain road gave out; picture above. Our right rear axle to the Motorhome dropped off the side of the road, and we were stuck. There was a 300-foot drop, the Motorhome was leaning, so we slept on the side of the road, in front of our Motorhome. I made a lean-too out of tarps and coolers and made a nice bed under it. If you look close, you can see the lean-too in front of the Motorhome. We had no cell signal, there was a guy riding a bike by that did. He called the Sheriff’s for me. Someone from the Sheriff’s office showed up late that night to assess the situation. I received the run around from that Sheriff’s office for a week. I was told; (by great people who stopped and called for me) I refused help when I didn’t. Not only that, but I was told a crew would be up to help me; they didn’t show. I was told Forest Service would stop by; I didn’t see them. Koda and I were up there for a week, to be mobbed, baited and harassed daily. There was one guy that brought his little boy up. He had this toddler on a tiny motorcycle, riding circles behind my car and dolly. There is a 300 foot drop of the side of the road; this guy has his young boy riding circles, trying to get Koda worked up, as he stands smiling, leaning against his truck. This is the Truth in America! I left a note on the Motorhome daily as we walked for miles trying to get a signal. There were great people that would stop by and call the Sheriff’s office daily, asking why no one was helping me. I was able to get a periodic text out to my daughter. I didn’t tell her of the situation, because I didn’t want her to worry. After a week, I typed a long text on my laptop, transferred it to my phone and walked a couple of miles to where I would get a ping. I explained my situation, the lack of help from the Sheriff’s office, and sent it to her. She made some phone calls, had a recovery guy out that evening. He said, he would have me out the next day, showed up the next morning and pulled me out. My daughter told me that when speaking with the Sheriff’s dispatcher; she asked my daughter if I had mental problems. A guy that called for me told me that the female dispatcher he spoke to, said I refused help, another was told they were not aware of it; after days of calls. That’s the truth in America! I can share story after story, show you the evidence, prove everything that I’ve posted; again, no one in Power really cares.
This is what people around the world are seeing as they watch these hearings, these testimonies; no one in power really cares. That’s the Truth in America. As I type this; those in America’s Mobbing Community are buzzing around our camp on motorcycle and ATVs, laughing. You want to know the Truth about America; take a look, read through my photostream. “Why is it so hard to tell the truth in America”
I have Hundreds, maybe Thousands. I call the FBI to inform them of Domestic Terrorism (I have definitive proof), and they hang up on me. I was told to contact Local Law Enforcement; if you’ve read through my post, you know how that goes. They all have excuses; its just a big circle of Plausible Deniability. I want to repeat this before I go into the description: I inform the FBI of Domestic Terrorism and I’m abruptly hung up on me. And, we wonder how Jan 6th could have happened; when the FBI was fully aware of the Threat. Now, do you know what I mean, about Selective Policing in America.
The picture you see, is one of the many people that Stalk, Bait and Harass; my Service Dog and I.
We moved camp today. While I was packing up at the last camp; we received a Convoy of Hate before we pulled out. One man went as far as putting on a Red Jump Suit, stands up on his motorcycle as he passed. This was because Koda was up front, looking out the window, as I loaded the car on it’s dolly.
Now, here at our new camp, many, many miles from our last camp; we are here a few minutes and Karen comes walking from a Fire Lane, to watch. It is the same woman in this picture, but she didn’t have the dog, or backpack. She came up to a fork, that could be seen from our camp. I was setting up the solar panels, Koda was tied to the front side of the Motorhome. She stood at the fork, doing something to cause Koda to growl. When I came around front she stopped. I have it on Video.
Hours later, I was playing fetch with Koda, he was having to much fun: the same woman drags this poor old dog, up the Fire Lane. She does this, so it and she could be seen by Koda. This was just an act to get him excited (he loves to play with other dogs). She literally pulled and yelled at the dog she had; the poor thing could not keep up. Take a good look at it. I have pictures of it all. She was in a hurry to spread her hate. These people could care less about a dog, or their own children it seems. They use children often to harass Targets.
This is a prime Example of people involved in Domestic Terrorism. You Can call it Gang Stalking, Community Stalking, Community Policing; it is Actually Domestic Terrorism. These people spread nothing but Fear, Hate, Intimidation, Mobbing and Terror. They even teach children to do so. Once we were set up; it didn’t take long for the same people that Stormed pass our camp, show up here. One man in a Red Jeep, pulled up on a hill a couple hundred yards behind us and Watched us. . It was just another attempt of Intimidation. It didn’t work….
Direct Energy Weapons are used during this Stalking, Mobbing, Baiting and Hating. Not every time, but they are used. I know its a bold statement, but its the TRUTH. Many Government Employees, along with CIA Agents have reported being Attacked by these Weapons (Havana Syndrome). For years our Government turned its back on them. Now the CIA is supposed to be investigating it. We know how that will go. And, the FBI, apparently doesn’t want to hear about it. BUT, they are doing nothing for the Average American Citizen.
I could care less what others think of my statements. I have TWO thing on my side; TRUTH and HISTORY. History does expose the truth, and one day I’ll be vindicated. If someone you know, is a victim of this type of Domestic Terrorism; please give them the benefit of doubt. Don’t turn your back on them; like our Local/Federal Law Enforcement and Government. “Disgusting”, is and understatement.
I’m not against Law Enforcement, I am against Selective Policing and Cover-up….

As Koda and I travel across this beautiful country the ugliness of its people continue to leave scars. We headed back to Gilbert AZ, from Tonto National Forest. I was trying to transfer my medical care, to hopefully a somewhat competent VA Hospital. I gave up on the one in Grand Junction, Colorado.
It was the Monday before Veterans Day and we pulled into the same Walmart Shopping center, that we were at a week and a half before. I went into the store and headed to the customer service center to ask the store manager if I could leave our motorhome in their parking lot. I needed to unloaded my car and use it to go to the Gilbert VA. I called 1st and the VA Police told me they don’t allow motorhomes at their hospital; even though they have ample room. Previously over a week ago, I couldn’t find a place that I could even pay to park it for a day. As I walked to the Walmart customer service counter; a heavy man dressed in a red T-shirt and red shorts (sound familiar), riding a handicap scooter, cuts me off and started asking questions he already had the answers to. This was around 1:30 pm.
The staff at the counter were courteous and called the manger, which gave me permission. I grabbed a rotisserie chicken for a quick lunch and treat for Koda. We had our lunch, took a much needed break in the motorhome. As we did, big loud trucks driven by men with little minds, started mobbing in circles around us. This was in the Walmart parking lot. I decided to go into the store and get a few things. As Koda and I walked through the store, a Walmart employee started following us, repeatedly slamming two objects in his hand together. This was an attempt to get a reaction from Koda, but it didn’t work. As we shopped we received the same blocking at items I frequently purchase. This was by Walmart staff and total strangers. This is commonly done when we shop, especially at Walmart. So, Koda and I are at the register checking out, this was at 3:15 pm and the heavy guy in red, on his scooter, comes rushing up to Koda, as he laid on the floor by my feet. This was the same guy that was at the service counter an hour and 45 minutes ago. He had a couple items in his little handicap cart basket. Yep folks, it took him an hour and 45 to get a couple of things. He was within inches of Koda and I said distance please (he wasn’t wearing a mask). He gave me a pissy look and didn’t move. I said again (in a stern voice) distance please. He calls me an assshole. I laughed and said “no, you’re one”. He said “come hear and say that to me”. I laughed again, turned away and finished checking out. Koda didn’t react at all.
These acts of baiting and harassment are common to Targeted Individuals. But, this last year and closer to the election; the intensity and volatility has increased dramatically. On Veterans Day we went back in to pickup a few things for the road and a woman, probably close to 70; blocked me at the butter section. She then pulls the same skit later at the register, that the heavy guy with the cart did, a few days before. She rushed right up to Koda (laying on the floor), within inches, starts throwing things on the conveyor. I had to tell her 3 times to distance, as she ignored me and stared right at Koda.
As Koda and I headed towards Ironwood Forest National Monument, for boondocking; we stopped at the Picacho Peak State Park exit off I-10. We stopped to make lunch. We stepped out of the motorhome, so Koda could use the bathroom. As soon as we did; two men come rushing to the front of our motorhome, start waving their arms and pointing. This is another skit performed by so many, when Koda needs to use the bathroom. I can show you video after video of this same act. I called the guys out on it, asked if they had nothing better to do than harass a dog. They gave me the stupid smirk, didn’t respond, except to continues waving their arms. Maybe they had really bad BO, do ya think?
Koda and I went into our motorhome and had us some awesome BLTs. I say motorhome instead of RV, because it is our home, we live in it full time. Anyway, a few minutes after the men with bad BO leave; a Sheriff’s vehicle pulls up and parks right in front of us. He just sat there watching us, as I go over my trip plans and directions. He finally left just before we did. It wasn’t a coincidence, just another act of Selective Policing. I have nothing against police officers, I do despise corruptions. If an officer is being paid to “Protect and Serve”, it should apply to all Americans.
Last night I watched a video showing a woman spray painting a Swasticka symbol on her neighbors driveway. That neighbor soon started receiving bullets in the mail. This was another act of mobbing and hate; used to rid a neighborhood of someone that didn’t fit-in. People, Gang Stalking and Community Mobbing is real and is out of control. As, law enforcement “Stands Down & Stands By”.

In recent years, Simon Denny’s research-based art projects have explored aspects of technological evolution and obsolescence, corporate and neoliberal culture, national identity, tech-industry culture, and the internet.
His Biennale Arte 2015 project, Secret Power, was partly prompted by the impact of NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden’s leaks of PowerPoint slides outlining top-secret US telecommunications surveillance programmes to the world media, which began in 2013. These slides highlighted New Zealand’s role in US intelligence work, as a member of the US-led Five Eyes alliance. Now in the open, the slides have come to represent international surveillance work and its impact on individual privacy.
Secret Power takes its title from investigative journalist Nicky Hager’s 1996 book, which first revealed New Zealand’s involvement in US intelligence gathering.
Secret Power addresses the intersection of knowledge and geography in the post-Snowden era. It investigates current and obsolete languages for describing geo-political space, focusing on the roles played by technology and design. The contexts and histories of both venues provide highly productive frameworks for Secret Power, and have been directly engaged with through the work.
In the Library, Denny has installed a server room, with server racks and a workstation. In addition to holding computer equipment, the server racks and workstation double as vitrines, displaying a case study in NSA visual culture, consisting of sculptural and graphic elements based on the work of a former NSA designer and Creative Director of Defense Intelligence David Darchicourt and the Snowden slide archive, suggesting links in iconography and treatment. The server room resonates with the Library’s decorated Renaissance-period interior, with its maps and allegorical paintings—Denny’s inquiry into the current iconography of geopolitical power being framed within an obsolete one.

On Saturday 5 February 2022, I went to meet and photograph some of the activists staging their weekly protest at Piccadilly Circus against the continued detention and extradition proceedings against whistleblower and dissident journalist Julian Assange.
Nearly two weeks earlier on Monday 24 January, the High Court had made its decision regarding whether Julian Assange could request an appeal hearing on his extradition case at Britain's Supreme Court. As Julian Assange's fiancée, Stella Morris, left the building she smiled briefly, an immediate indication that there was at least some good news. She then gave a brief speech to a crowd of supporters and the press -
'Make no mistake,' she declared, 'We won today in court,' but then added, 'but let's not forget that every time we win, as long as this case is not dropped, as long as Julian is not freed, Julian continues to suffer.'
While Assange's defence team were granted the right to apply for a hearing at the Supreme Court, it will be up to Britain's highest court to decide whether to agree to consider his case. That decision on a possible Supreme Court hearing is expected sometime in the next two to three months.
Unfortunately, the remit of the appeal has been restricted to examining the United States' claimed legal promises on how Assange will be treated, rather than to the wider issues of freedom of speech, the CIA plot to assassinate him, the extent to which the evidence against him has obviously been fabricated or as to whether his treatment in Belmarsh Prison has amounted to torture.
On the last point, it is interesting to note that UN special rapporteur for torture, Nils Melzer, has already declared that the conditions Assange has been forced to endure at Belmarsh prison, including prolonged periods of solitary, constitute both arbitrary detention and torture.

Obradovic leaked documents showing that Branko Stefanovic, father of Serbia’s Internal Affairs Minister, was involved in arms deals which were allegedly detrimental to the Krusik munitions plant. He was arrested for revealing business secrets and is in house arrest after being in jail in Belgrade.
The crowd at the protest was addressed, among others, by Obradovic’s lawyer Vladimir Gajic.
The protesters marched from the plateau in front of the Belgrade University Rectorate to the Public Prosecutor’s office near the St Sava temple in a show of solidarity with the whistleblower.

with all the commotion about wikileaks in the recent news Danbo decided she'd have a look at what it was all about. interestingly enough she came back with some juicy stories!

i took the whole whistle theme a bit far today and went for 'whistleblower'. seemed to fit the recent news and after looking around for about an hour all over the house i couldn't find a single whistle!! then i thought i'd use my wife's flute since flute and whistle translated to dutch give you the same word (fluit) but euhm, lets say she should clean that thoroughly first and use it more.. :P

The 50th 1 in 5 Million protest in Belgrade was addressed by Krusik whistleblower Aleksandar Obradovic on Saturday.
This week’s regular protest changed its starting venue with the crowd gathering in front of the Palace of Justice in a show of support to Obradovic who is in house arrest in his home town of Valjevo.
Speaking by phone, Obradovic said that everyone can overcome their fears like he did. He said that the revealed the illegal activities at the Krusik munitions plant to help others rid themselves of their fear. “If I could do it, trust me every one of you can,” he said.
Obradovic leaked documents showing that a cabinet minister’s father was involved in deals with Krusik at privileged prices with the munitions he bought for export to Saudi Arabia ending up in the hands of Islamic extremists in the Yemen.
Obradovic said he does not consider himself a hero or a measure of courage but just an ordinary man who refused to watch his company being destroyed.
Protest organizer Srdjan Markovic said that Serbia needs brave people like Obradovic who stood up and said the Emperor has no clothes.
The protesters marched from Terazije square, past the Serbian presidency building and the government headquarters - where protest organizer Tea Vukadin called the crowd to listen to an anti-war song by Serbian musician Djordje Balasevic (who suffered a serious heart attack earlier in the week) titled Just So There’s No War (Samo da Rata Ne Bude) – to the Palace of Justice where Obradovic spoke.

As Koda and I headed out for another day of adventures; this man and his family were at the base of this hill, at a far distance. He saw us heading their way as we worked upward to avoid them. He grabbed his son and started up the hill to cut us off. Once they were in our path, he stopped and started coaxing his son to put his hands on his hips and swing them from left to right; as in dancing. This boy then starts waving his arms in the air; further agitating Koda. Koda started barking, being protective, as most dog will be. The man stood their smiling as his son was harassing my dog. I yelled out to him “You have nothing better to do, than rush up this hill and harass a dog”. He gets all irate, starts cursing, saying his son was just waving to my dog.
Yes, that what every parent should teach their children; dance and throw your arms into the air at a strange dog. This was nothing more then a man teaching his son; how to harass and be hateful. I took pictures of the whole spectral. Once the man and his son pulled their skit and had Koda worked up; he sat down trying to catch his breath, gasping for air. It’s not shown in this picture, but the guy was wearing a pistol on his left side.
What kind of parent would possibly put their child in harms way, to harass someone? I see it all the time from these people involved in this type of mobbing.
We are boondocking just outside of Buckeye Arizona. Last Friday we went to Buckeye to do some much needed laundry. While doing laundry Koda will lay right at my feet and pretty much ignore his surroundings. There were two mothers using their daughters to harass Koda. One girl was about 5-6, the other in her teens. They would use carts, baskets and trash cans; to slam, pound, shove towards him as he lay on the floor. Then, there were the adults doing pretty much the same. When we were boondocking at Tonto national Forest; there was and older couple having their 20 something daughter, wave and flail her arms into the air, to harass Koda as we aproached.
Before heading west; I parked our motorhome in a Walmart parking lot, at 2501 S Market St Gilbert , AZ. I had to unload my car from the dolly and drive it to a VA appointment. When I came back, a young man had parked his truck directly in front of our motorhome; blocking me from pulling ahead and out. Then I had another pull in behind me, preventing me from backing up. I was parked clear to the back of the lot, there was plenty of parking throughout the lot, but these young adults did this out of hate and ignorance.
As we headed west; we stopped at another Walmart lot, to make dinner and spend the night, on the outskirts of Phoenix, The next morning I took Koda out to use the bathroom. There was a man setting on a curb, next to some bushes behind our motorhome. He was setting there, his arm outward pointing his phone at us, as if recording. Koda took this as a threat and started barking. I told the man “You have nothing better to do ,than harass a dog. You should be ashamed of yourself.” He jumps up as we started heading back to the front of our motorhome. He starts yelling “You’re Raciest, You’re Raciest!”. The whole time cell phone in hand. I said “I hope you are recording this”. As we got to the front of our motorhome; he walks over to his truck and says “I have a gun, bring your dog over here and I will shoot him!” He kept repeating “I’ll shoot your dog” and calling me a raciest. We went into our motorhome and made breakfast. Seriously, that’s what we did. I’m used to crap like this. We had a guy in Grand Junction, Colorado; threaten to kill Koda, after he harassed him and had him worked up.
While making breakfast; the man called the police, whom showed up. When questioned by the police, the man changed his story several times. Saying he had a video, but when asked to show it, he said he deleted it. I did have a recording of this man threatening to shoot my dog, but the officers didn’t seem to interested in it. They told the man to leave, waited for him to do so. They said I could move over to another area in the lot. We packed up and left.
As we headed west again, we stopped at an AutoZone parts store at 976 S Watson Rd, in Buckeye Arizona. I wanted to stock up on fuses, walked into the store to be pretty much ignored. Once I did get someone to tell me where the fuses were; a man steps right into our path, pulls his pajama pants down, then back up. Seriously, he did just that. This was an act to get Koda to act out, but he didn’t. This man wasn’t wearing a mask and just stood there in our way. I said to him, In a calm tone “you should probably get dressed before you come in and where is your mask?”. He immediately goes off saying “Who are you, you’re not God”. “F***ing White Man Telling Me to Get Dressed”. “It’s a sin to spay or neuter your Dog, Dog spelled backwards is God”. Then he yells to the AutoZone staff; “This White Man telling me to get dressed, who do he thinks he is?” He continues on his rant, yelling, not wearing a mask. Four AutoZone staff just stood there watching, not saying a thing. Another man had his cell phone pointed directly at me the whole time, not at the guy going off. I laughed and told Koda “This is America at its best”.
This is the latest ploy; using people of color, playing the race card. Little do they know: my father was a dark skinned Puerto Rican, with a strong Spanish accent. Raising 6 kids in a Redneck white community, in Northeast Indiana. My daughter was born in Seoul Korea. I have witnessed racism my whole life and will stand up to it every time.
As we boondock just outside of Buckeye, AZ; perps roll in just to get their licks in. We had Arizona Kevens and Karens camped right in front of our motorhome. They tried harassing us daily. It didn’t work; Koda is getting very used to dealing with ignorant, hateful people. As we came back from our gem searching adventures today; we had a man and his family with kids and dogs waiting behind our motorhome. They waited for the right moment to step out, so they could get Koda worked up. He didn’t bark once, he did whimper a bit; wanting to play with the dogs.
If you think this is far fetched; Netflix has an excellent special on AI. Our own government agencies and corporations have been using behavioral techniques to manipulate us for decades. Feeding into the human desire to fit in, be excepted. These techniques bringing like minded people together, to do what most consider as unthinkable acts. And as you can see in this picture; this man teaching another Generation to bate and hate. Animals don’t even use their young to bait their pray. But, here in America we have parents and grandparents doing just that. This is what happens to American Whistleblowers; that try and do the right thing, exposing Federal and Corporate corruption.

I applied each character one by one and used several references for the accuracy of the portrait. Each symbol is made of a single color and tone. (I left the portrait unfinished on purpose, I think it's better this way).

Listening to Facebook whistleblower Frances Haugen’s 60 Minutes interview in October 2021, the simplicity and impact of her allegation struck me: Facebook made its money from engagement (the more clicks and comments a post contained, the more money it made). And what caused the most engagement? Anger. Facebook was making millions of dollars financed by our anger. Haugen revealed that Facebook’s internal reports showed the company’s algorithms promoted political discord and anti-vaccination rhetoric, both domestically and internationally (in 2018, Myanmar’s military used Facebook to launch the Rohingya genocide). Company insiders warned Mark Zuckerberg, but he chose profit over the safety and well-being of its users. And despite numerous appearances before Congress, he consistently misled our legislators and us. I use Facebook to stay in contact with friends. I also moderate a cultural and political page as part of my work on the Chamomile Tea Party. I’ve created over 230 posters during the last decade that chronicle the devolution of American political discourse.
I don’t have to tell you, Americans are more polarized than ever. Donald Trump’s presidency and power were built on that divide. The Republican Party’s kowtowing to him, both during his tenure and even now, has created high levels of vigilance and anxiety. No matter where we stand on the political spectrum, we’ve had little power to do anything about it except to yell at each other. Our anger was and continues to be palatable. Trump’s defeat (even as he dangles a 2024 run for the presidency) has given us some room to breathe and to distance ourselves, if ever so slightly, from the precipice. But how have we fallen so far? How did we lose sight of what many believe is American Exceptionalism (a term I find a fabricated national myth)?
As parents of two young adults, my wife and I have found the “terrible twos” had nothing on the clueless early twenties. At 18, our daughters were legally adults. But they had little experience being adults. And with their prefrontal cortexes still developing, they rarely asked for help nor listened when we offered our expertise. Fair enough. I didn’t listen to my parents either at that age. But our challenge in helping them navigate adulthood is complicated because our twenties were so different from theirs. We cannot compare our pasts to their experiences as digital natives. As a technologist and a former teacher of technology, I never taught my students the philosophical and moral underpinnings of the net. In the late 1990s, teachers focused on using programs like Photoshop and PageMaker, not how to be good netizens. We didn’t have to. There was no need—yet.
At the beginning of the internet, the opportunity to meet new people to discuss ideas was a major attraction to me. As a teenager, I had pen pals in countries worldwide, and I saw the internet as an extension of that interest and my curiosity. As an artist, I saw the opportunity to bypass the impediments of gallery representation and the art market to convey my work to new audiences. But at a “town hall” back then, hastily organized to discuss a Washington Post article bemoaning DC’s lackluster arts community, I warned my fellow artists we needed to guard this new resource. If we didn’t make this concerted effort, companies and corporations would turn it into just another marketplace for their goods and services. I feel no pleasure in my prescience.
Enter social media. By the early 2000s, I was a technology strategist and frontend web designer at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, where I helped shepherd our mission to new online audiences. And, in 2002, I proposed doing a blog as a way of posting current information about exhibitions and lectures weekly. Until that time, websites were static. They presented the basics and were rarely updated. But as we recognized the value of engaging these new audiences, we needed to find ways to interact and inform on an ongoing basis. The introduction of content management systems allowed us to create that fresh content easily. In 2005, my idea gained enough traction to launch the first blog at the Smithsonian, Eye Level. Everybody was trying to find ways to engage these new communities. In 2006, Facebook opened its membership to everyone. And in 2008, Twitter did the same. Both of these platforms became part of our museum’s toolkit for social engagement.
These apps heralded a revolution in social interaction. As these platforms grew, they looked to differentiate themselves from one another. When coworkers wondered if Twitter would supplant blogging, I told them, “you tweet to react and blog to reflect.” But the business of social media was developing too. As access and bandwidth increased, these companies grew exponentially. So did their power and their share prices. My ’90s prediction that capital would supplant real societal change came to be. There was money to be made, and by the late 2000s, the net’s fate was set. Net cognoscenti have been advocating for net neutrality ever since.
The internet’s future demanded a robust infrastructure to secure its future. Money poured in from venture capitalists. In Silicon Valley, just about every idea was a good one, that is until the bubble burst in the late 1990s. The wild, wild West was gone, but that didn’t stop the capital from flowing in, albeit with a little more restraint. And it began to coalesce. Companies bought up other companies. And as Yuval Noah Harari, a historian, and author of Sapiens, recently stated on 60 Minutes, platforms like Instagram and What’s App sold for millions. These apps had no tangible assets, so why were they valued so highly? It was their data that made those acquisitions so valuable. Their data on you and me. I decided if others coveted my interests, I wanted a piece of that pie. So, in 1999, I auctioned my personal demographics on eBay. When my children were young, I never mentioned their names or showed photos of them online. I wanted to protect their personal information for as long as possible.
Knowing all about our habits, companies could target content to each of us. Chris Anderson, the former editor of WIRED, called this “the longtail strategy.” Amazon may make a lot of money from the sale of their best sellers, but it was the other 90% of their inventory that made them rich. The number of small sales from a long list of niche books surpassed the volume of more well-known fare. However, Wharton professor, Serguei Netessine, found just the opposite. He felt people overwhelmed with choices would gravitate to bestsellers. The key was personalization. Develop algorithms that use your past searches to create a profile of your interests so that search results could show you precisely what you were looking for (even if you didn’t know what you were looking for).
This is exactly what Facebook does. It knows everything about us. Everything. Harai told Anderson Cooper, “I came out as gay when I was 21. It should’ve been obvious to me when I was 15 that I’m gay. But something in the mind blocked it. Now, if you think about a teenager today, Facebook can know that they are gay or Amazon can know that they are gay long before they do just based on analyzing patterns.” To understand the consequences such knowledge could reveal, Harai asked us to consider what that would mean to LGBT+ communities in Iran, Russia, or any other homophobic country where “the police know that you are gay even before you know it.”
The dystopian message of the film, Minority Report, is coming true. Based loosely on Philip K. Dick’s novel, The Minority Report, a special division of the police called “Precrime” uses “precogs”—psychics—to identify and arrest people before they can commit a crime. Substitute precogs with algorithms, and you have Facebook. The key is, as always, will this power be used for good or evil? Despite Zuckerberg’s assurances he is only interested in the former, Haugen’s purloined documents tell another story.
Before Haugen revealed herself on 60 Minutes, The Wall Street Journal published an investigation of these documents in a series called The Facebook Files. Here are a couple of the takeaways.
Facebook Says Its Rules Apply to All. Company Documents Reveal a Secret Elite That’s Exempt. While Zuckerberg conveys Facebook’s role as neutrality-based, where the platform treats every user equally, the truth is just the opposite. A special class of high-profile users doesn’t always have to adhere to Facebook’s rules and algorithms. They are part of a program called “Cross Check” or “XCheck.” Facebook’s algorithms and content moderators can’t keep up with the abundance of user-generated content, so they wanted to give special attention to these very visible and vocal VIPs to ensure no PR problems for the company. Yet, many of these “special people” have used their privilege to harass and incite violence. As regular users, their posts would have been taken down and, as many of us have experienced for much lesser “crimes,” thrown into Facebook jail. This confidential review stated, “We are not actually doing what we say we do publicly,” and it called the company’s actions “a breach of trust.”
Facebook Tried to Make Its Platform a Healthier Place. It Got Angrier Instead. In 2018, the company changed its algorithm to make its platform kinder and gentler. Its goal was to emphasize sharing and resharing posts amongst friends and family. Instead, it had the opposite effect. Political parties and trolls used the algorithm to sensationalize content.
In March 2021, Mark Zuckerberg announced that he would use the platform to promote COVID vaccinations. His goal was to get 50 million people to get vaccinated. Despite this altruistic hope, his app’s formula stymied even his efforts by prioritizing resharing. Anti-vaxx comments and mis- and disinformation inundated pro-vaccination content. The Wall Street Journal stated that Facebook's problem was “its users create the content, but their comments, posts, and videos are hard to control.”
In the lead-up to the 2020 elections, Facebook attempted to address these issues by forming the Civic Integrity working group. When Haugen began working at Facebook, she was assigned to this group to help manage the misinformation. But after the election, the company decided to disband this unit. Haugen said, “They told us, ‘We're dissolving Civic Integrity.’ Like, they basically said, ‘Oh good, we made it through the election. There wasn't [sic] riots. We can get rid of Civic Integrity now.’ Fast forward a couple months, we got the insurrection. And when they got rid of Civic Integrity, it was the moment where I was like, ‘I don't trust that they're willing to actually invest what needs to be invested to keep Facebook from being dangerous.’”
As a moderator on a political page, I often bought ads to promote messages from the posters I designed. Defining my audiences for these ads, I wanted to get the word out without the back and forth animosity and name-calling that was so rampant in most social media “tit-for-tats.” To do that, Facebook allowed me to target my audiences extensively. Building an audience profile was an art form in and of itself. They provided very niche groups I could address. Combining these groups allowed me to pinpoint my messages. For example, I could focus on liberal or conservative movements and interests in many granular ways. However, after the 2020 election, this specificity disappeared. I was only allowed to target more general audiences (“interested in politics” instead of liberal or conservative issues). With the election over, they felt hostilities would cease or, at least, lessen. They have not. My ability to define my audience has taken a big hit. My messages must now be broadcasted to a more general group of people, just perfect for more anger and increased clicks. Sure, I’d like a larger following, but not at this cost. Instead, I’d like a more significant audience. Show me how I can accomplish that, Mark.
In 2017, Sean Parker, the founding president of Facebook, stated, “The thought process that went into building these applications was all about: ‘How do we consume as much of your time and conscious attention as possible?’ And that means that we need to sort of give you a little dopamine hit every once in a while because someone liked or commented on a photo or a post. And that’s going to get you to contribute more content, and that’s going to get you more likes and comments [and more money for the company]. It’s a social-validation feedback loop, exactly the kind of thing that a hacker like myself would come up with because you’re exploiting a vulnerability in human psychology.”
I accept Parker’s reasoning. I know what I’m getting and giving up on the platform (and I’m constantly securing my data and watching what information I post). But it angers me that Zuckerberg et al. seem to have so much power with so little understanding and control over their platform. And I’m mad that he is misleading us, but not enough to yell and scream about it on Facebook. While everyone has a right to their opinion, no matter how distasteful or wrong I may think it is, no one has a right to spew that opinion on someone else. I live by that dictum. So I do most of my screaming into a pillow.
Above all, I will not let Facebook profit from my anger.
