This is a competition entry photo. The theme was 'Sport in your community' so I was trying to make the most of it.

 

My description will explain how street skating has become a part of the urban landscape of 21st century Sydney, how the skaters become almost like picture frames on the walls, temporary and movable, but immediately missed when taken away.

Pallet wood used to create a bedroom feature wall. Shelves are used scaffold boards. Wood sourced and supplied by East Midlands Wood Recycling CIC a not for profit Social Enterprise saving the wood from Landfill/chippers.

   

Zambia is one of those countries who still advertises the old fashioned (and in my opinion more artistic) way: by painted advertisements. They come in all sizes and shapes and for thousands of brand, shops, tours etc... Colourful pieces of art.
