I am a member at All Start Fitness Tacoma. My trainer Skyann Morgan is inspiring. These pictures are from team training. One woman lost 6 inches from her waist in only two months. She inspires me to live powerfully everyday. Her boss Robbie empowers all the trainers to create opportunities to help all people live more powerfully and achieve their personal goals.
On the actual 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall, I paid my respects by visiting what was left of it...in the drizzling rain.

The guidebook talked about inland Brittany being an area of intensive farming, but we were in the middle of much smaller farms. At the edge of each group of farms there's a map with all the farms marked, which was useful when it came to finding ours. Barns like this one often join onto farmhouses, presumably to save on building walls. Two rooms up from this barn was the farmhouse and then another barn beyond.
Every so often you come across a bit of string laid on the ground across the road. We never actually saw it tied up but we guessed that if were tied up off the ground it would show you that you need to stop because cows are being moved between fields up ahead.

Conwy Castle and town are surrounded by a well-preserved wall lending an additional sense of strength to the site. A similar town wall exists at Caernarfon Castle, but is far less complete and gets lost in the modern town. By contrast, Conwy's well-preserved wall helps the town maintain a medieval character lost by other Welsh castle-towns over the years. Construction of Conwy began in 1283. The castle was an important part of King Edward I's plan of surrounding Wales in "an iron ring of castles" to subdue the rebellious population. The highly defensible wall Edward built around the town was intended to protect the English colony planted at Conwy. The native Welsh population were violently opposed to English occupation of their homeland.

This is my necklace collection in the crafting room. The necklaces where long enough in a box, so I decided to decorate my wall with them. I never actualy wear them but I like to look at them. The bag is one thing I sewed. It has lots of strawberries on it.
The wall is slowly built up. Large stones should face in towards the center. Smaller stones, called hearting, are used to close the spaces between larger building stones.
