It was so cool to still see so much snow all on the mountains. It snowed on Thursday night but the sun came out for a few days.
The roofs of the buildings form generous pathways that wind up from ground level to the the loop through a series of ramps. The buildings become accessible at different levels and the pathways provide the perfect opportunity for street artists and art markets.
