Chromosome territory refers to a 3-dimenssional space occupied by each chromosome in the interphase nucleus. Image shows 3D-FISH labelling of chromosome 10 (green) and chromosome 17 (red) in HCT116 cells.
I think this shot is effective because i engages the viewer's wonder and intrigue. It leaves them following the index vector of his gaze and wanting to know what is so amazing above.

In this example, a group of 30 project participants have answered two questions on a scale from 0 to 100:
1. How well do you know the issue?
2. How confident are you the group can reach consensus?
Each participant's answer/rating pair is plotted onto the grid.
This allows participants to compare their position vs. those of other project team members and/or the group as a whole.
For standardized (generic) question sets it can be particularly interesting to compare results over time and/or across projects.
