I am using slide film to explore the phrase 'visual poetry'. The is part of my Final Major Project for Art Foundation. I am hoping to use these images for a slide installation as my final outcome.
The tagline that accompanied this advertisement read,
“Free time. To make up for billable time.”
I am only slightly disturbed that companies are now capable of hacking directly into my cerebellum while I’m asleep to extract images of what I consider to be the most perfect relaxation spot on earth. No other explanation exists. They even got the precise number and configuration of lily pads right. The first one of you to respond by reminding me that this place does not actually exist in the great swirling realm of what we call reality will be eating out of a tube for the remainder of their natural life.
