In view of thunderstorms... The light was seriously this color! Thunderstorms were raging overhead and this was taken on the edge of the storm at sunset. Some of the funnest light I've attempted to capture as lightening was filling the sky, rain was pouring and rainbows were popping up.

So, as you can probably tell....i went on the roof this evening. :) which is one of my very favorite things to do especially since its getting kinda cool at nights now. i love it. I also got these shoes at the thrift store for 2 freeking 50. which made me smile forever.

‘Scene’ on a PSV Circle Organised Visit.
At the Premises of ‘Vision Buses’ Ltd. (VB) 1, Blackrod, Bolton
on Dennis Basford’srailsroadsrunways.blogspot.co.uk’
The PSV Circle (of which I have been a member for some years) aims to hold an Annual General Meeting in a different location in the UK every year.
Usually held at a weekend, they also include visits to operators and other bus related venues for the attending members to visit and enjoy.
This year, the location being in the North West of England centred on the Holiday Inn Express, Preston.
Friend Peter Rose joined me for what turned out to be a sometimes wet, but very enjoyable weekend.
As we have done before, we have combined all the images we have gathered.

New to ‘Centrewest’, London No. WN35003 but acquired from
‘Tower Transit’ where it carried the same fleet number.
We go where our vision is.

Tunnel vision can be caused by:
Glaucoma, a disease of the eye.
Retinitis pigmentosa, a disease of the eye.
Blood loss (hypovolemia)
Alcohol consumption. In addition, the vision becomes blurred or double since eye muscles lose their precision causing them to be unable to focus on the same object.
Sustained (1 second or more) high accelerations.[ Typically, flying an airplane with a centripetal acceleration of up to or over 39 m/s2 (4gs) with the head towards the center of curvature, common in aerobatic or fighter pilots. In these cases, tunnel vision and greyout may proceed to a g-force induced Loss Of Consciousness (g-LOC).
Hallucinogenic drugs, in particular the dissociatives.
Extreme fear or distress, most often in the context of a panic attack.
Excitement or extreme pleasure such as on a roller-coaster, causing a surge of adrenaline in the body.
During periods of high adrenaline production, such as an intense physical fight.
Altitude sickness, hypoxia in passenger aircraft.
Exposure to oxygen at a partial pressure above 1.5-2 atmospheres, producing central nervous system oxygen toxicity, called narcosis. Other symptoms can include dizziness, nausea, blindness, fatigue, anxiety, confusion and lack of coordination.
Pituitary tumours (or other brain tumours that compress the optic chiasm)
Prolonged exposure to air contaminated with heated hydraulic fluids and oils, as can sometimes happen in passenger aircraft.
Severe cataracts, causing a removal of most of the field of vision
During the aura phase of a migraine
Intense anger, due to the body being rapidly flooded with adrenaline and oxygen
A bite from a black mamba and other snakes with the same strength venom.
Mercury poisoning (especially methylmercury)
Sleep deprivation..
Or being as drunk as a skunk, of course.

Haneel Tri-Vision (1948)
Molded plastic and aluminum with a built-in view finder. It produced six 28 x 30 mm image pairs on Bantam 828 roll film.
Note the two shutter release buttons, one for 1/50 sec and the other for B mode
If MACRO MONDAYS accepted stereo pairs I would send in this one. Please note this is an odd pair. Assuming you have similar vision to myself you will see the flower in 3D with the definition of the left hand image. The brain does not average the sharpness of the images but uses the out of focus image to construct the 3D effect. If you don't see it this way please tell me.
I was on an assignment and an other photographer took this picture of me. When he show me the picture on his camera I can't expect this result that he send to me today. He just write that it was his vision of me when he saw me!

Vision Bus Ltd MX07 BVC, a Volvo B9TL built 2007 with a Wrightbus Eclipse Gemini CH45/29F body on Black Horse Street in Bolton arriving with the 15:03 Rivington & Blackrod High School to Bolton (Black Horse Street) 913 school service. Wednesday 20th April 2022
Note, MX07 BVC was first registered on 17th June 2007 and originally operated by First Manchester Limited as number 37307. First Manchester Limited’s Wigan operations were acquired by the Stagecoach Group on 2nd December 2012, MX07 BVC passing to Greater Manchester Buses East Limited as number 16952. Greater Manchester Buses East Limited was renamed Greater Manchester Buses West Limited on 5th December 2012. MX07 BVC was transferred to Fife Scottish Omnibuses Limited as number 16952 in March 2013. It was loaned to Bluebird Buses Limited as number 16956 during March 2018 but the loan was soon made permanent. It was transferred to Glenvale Transport Limited as number 16952 in May 2018 but was never used in service and was acquired by North West Bus Sales Limited (a Bolton based dealer) in June 2019. It was acquired by Vision Bus Ltd in June 2019 and entered service in September 2019
