Ibiza visions

Cliffs and rocky areas of the coasts of the island of Ibiza are the ideal refuge of the fishermen's huts. The fishing boats go down to the water by means of wooden rails and pulleys.

I normally post only one shot a day, but seeing as we're only an hour and five from tomorrow, I'm just going to throw caution to the wind.
Earlier this afternoon, I met my good friend Bella, for a coffee or two, and some lively conversation. Arriving with five minutes to spare, I decided to shoot an area of the city with a thoroughly rundown courtyard from the 1960's, which, is shortly to be demolished for a brand new 'vision of the city'.
Earlier on in the week, I had passed the other side of the building, pictured, and decided that it was about time to act before it is quite simply, too late; so I did! Then it was time for coffee and company, which was, and always is, brilliant.
If you have time, I'd recommend stopping by and taking in the beautifully peaceful rustling of the big old Willow trees, the empty pool, the worn slabs, weather beaten and uneven, the old tiled fountain, forlorn and dry, the matching benches, and the decades old façades that are well and truly past their prime, but with more character and even more soul than anything that is to come. Observe and remember.

Le pont a une longueur de 59 m pour une hauteur de 54 m et a été découpé par la rivière Ardèche. Il est surnommé la « porte d'entrée naturelle » des gorges de l'Ardèche.
