A swing in the woods. Not the most interesting video - if I had kept it on the camera I would have halved it.
I don't usually post videos, but I just happened to have my D800 with me today and I caught these cute little bulldogs playing. The little one is feisty.
This is completely unedited straight from the camera video.

Google Video is increasingly cluttered. Check out the viral links in the blue box ('Email - Blog - Post to MySpace') - do Google not test their interfaces at a range of font sizes?
The interface does complement the video though:
Instrumental electronic music by Eigenfrequenz. Video features model Jen Somerfield. For the full video go to YouTube or Vimeo.
Equipment used: Roland Juno 60, Yamaha CS15.
Eigenfrequenz creates electronic music based around analogue synthesisers, guitars and sounds, from melodic instrumental to abstract soundscapes, inspired by the sounds of the 70s and 80s.
Eigenfrequenz is also looking at moving images as a way to connect music and visuals, in a different way to the conventional ‘music video’.
For more of my work please go to Eigenfrequenz on YouTube, Eigenfrequenz on Vimeo, Eigenfrequenz on Facebook, Eigenfrequenz on Bandcamp or Eigenfrequenz on Soundcloud.
Inspirations include Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze, Jean Michel Jarre, Vangelis, Kraftwerk, Cluster, Neu!, Brian Eno, Cabaret Voltaire, Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (OMD), Human League and Gary Numan.
This was my first attempt at timelapse video, from the River Severn. It was done with 203 images taken over a 23 minute period (the video is only 8 seconds long though). I think I'll give it another go soon, but next time I'll avoid doing it in front of flowing water as it doesn't work so well.
I used an alternative firmware on the 5D (Magic Lantern - www.magiclantern.fm/) which has an intervalometer. I took a bracketed sequence of three shots every five seconds until I had 609 images (well, actually until my CF card filled up), then batch processed the bracketed shots to make 203 images, then used Windows Live Movie Maker to turn them in to a video, using one image per frame.
All the bits for the DSLR video rig have arrived and I have assembled it for the first time on Robyn's Canon 6D.
This will provide all the necessary elements to film exceptional video and audio with the 6D. It does not come cheap though here are the items and the respective costs.

Here is the link to my angel folding time laps video!! Merry Christmas! (-D
My wonderful summer holiday is over and I'm back to my teaching job. It's always as much of a shock to my body-mind-soul entity to have to endure the horrendous noise polution and the chaos of school work, after the calmness of summer vacations. Soooo, after work I pampered myself by picking up a couple of playline cuties from the 70% toy sale. This sweetie jumped in my cart in addition to the 2 Project MC2 dolls from my previous photo. She's not just a doll, but also a memory game. Her skirt lights up in three different colours and plays tunes that you have to memorize and repeat by punching the buttons on her belt. I already played her and passed all 5 levels. Hehe!
Here's a details video for ya, rather than uploading several photos. Sorry the color appears a bit yellow and faded, but this was in effort to capture a beautiful black light effect that one can see in person =)

Decided to try out the Flickr video thing. I'm curious about how well it can be seen. This is a large Tegu (not mine) at the Northwest Reptile Breeders Expo in Puyallup, Washington, October, 2004.
