Add kidney beans and warm through. The beans will absorb some of the liquid in the pan, so you may find it necessary to add a little olive oil and lemon juice - but that is entirely up to you. I like to serve this with some crusty bread over a bed of fresh spinach leaves. The next day I'll toast the bread and use the mixture as a sandwich filling or roll it up in a tortilla and make a wrap.
