About the C-130:
The Lockheed C-130 Hercules is a four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft designed and built by Lockheed Martin. Capable of using unprepared runways for takeoffs and landings, the C-130 was originally designed as a troop, medevac, and cargo transport aircraft although its versatility has led to it being used in a multitude of different roles. The C-130 was first introduced more than half a century ago and is still in production today, with some 40+ variants in service with more than 60 nations world-wide. The C-130H, the most numerous variant, has a wingspan of just over 40 meters, measures 30 meters in length and is capable of transporting up to 19,000kg of personnel and equipment in it’s cargo hold that measures 12.2m x 3.0 m x 2.7 m (LxWxH). It has a top speed of 590 km/h (320 kn), a cruising speed of 541 km/h (292 kn) and a range of 3,800 km (2,050 nmi).
About the model:
Built in my usual scale of one stud equals one meter (1:125), this is the largest aircraft I’ve built to date measuring 40 studs in width and 30 studs in width. I decided to build the C-130H as this is the version that is in service with the Swedish Air Force (Transportplan 84, or TP84). The model features spinning propellers, three opening side doors and an opening rear ramp. Inside the cargo hold, which measures 14x2x2 studs, it can fit two vehicles (RG-32) or 28 troops.

I just bought a 2008 Kawasaki Versys with 13000 miles on it. I plan to ride this bike for awhile and then buy a bigger one, perhaps a BMW RT1100. I geo-tagged it to the middle of a nearby lake. I don't want to identify EXACTLY where it is.
I am drying flowers to make wreaths out of them this fall. Chamomile on top is of course for our tea. All flowers grown here.
This is one part, pretty much down the center. It's a vibrant red/pink in front, then huge chunks of chocolate and platinum, then it's thinner (in the same color) in the back of my head.
Basically, Cristin is an INCREDIBLE ARTIST, and her medium is hair and makeup. This is what i got when I threw the neopolitan ice cream colors at her. This is trust. But I won't go on about Cristin with this pic. Basically, she's the greatest girl in the world. I love her a lot.

I finally got my Chrome Warsaw today. This replaces an old R.E.Load backpack I used to have, as well as takes over for a good deal of what I've been using my Chrome Metropolis for over the last six or seven years. It is huge, it is built like a tank, and I think it will prove to be very versatile.
Now I just need a bike...

Paolo Belli: singer, trueborn entertainer, and TV star with a passion for swing
Paolo Belli is a singer, bandleader, and versatile artist whose unique swingy pop has earned him a name both in the music and TV scene. For over ten years, he has performed alongside some of the big names of Italian television, both as singer and showman. Together with his Big band he boasts hundreds of concerts in Italy’s main piazzas; Belli has furthermore performed abroad and collaborated with high-caliber artists such as Sam Moore, Dan Aykroyd, Billy Preston, Jon Hendricks, Jimmy Whiterspoon and many more. In 2013 he filled the Blue Note in Milan with a double show; he repeated the sensation a year after. Belli will be in Ascona, accompanied by a seven-member band, where he will present his latest album dedicated to swing and the music of the 1930s.

This versatile 24 inch necklace is an inspiration from the poem below by Elizabeth Browning who lived in the 1800s. I have to study this poem during my secondary school and didn't quite appreciate it then. Now, when I look back, I'm glad I had to. :)
