E questo? Non credevo ai miei occhi. Sembrava uscito da un film, di quei personaggi che immagini possano vivere solo tra le bobine di una vecchia pellicola o tra le pagine di un libro di Verga, in cui lo vedi camminare per le vie assolate e deserte, tutto di nero vestito, dalla testa ai piedi, con la giacca anch'essa nera appena tolta dalle spalle, i polsini della camicia appena arrotolati, spavaldo e incurante di quel sole a mezzo dì che a lui sembrava scivolargli accanto. Camminava, a passo svelto, chissà assorto in quali pensieri, con le sopraciglia un pò agrottate, le labbra strette attorno ad una sigaretta, incorniciata dai baffi, che come i capelli li aveva corvini. L'uomo scese le scale, i gradini a due a due, girò l'angolo e sparì dalla mia vista; che non fosse un allucinazione da colpo di sole, me lo diceva lo schermo della mia fotocamera..wow..

Ho avuto tre secondi tre per scattare..e forse è stato meglio così, perchè non ho pensato a nient'altro che a lui, lo dovevo immortalare, così contenta di esserci riuscita..:)!

And this? I didn't believe to my eyes. He seemed escape from a film, of those personages who you imagine can exist only between the bobbins of an old film or between the pages of a book of Verga, in which you see him walking along the sunny and desert streets, all in black dressed, from head to foot, with the jacket also black just removed from the shoulders, the cuff of the shirt barely rolled up, bold and regardless of that midday sun that seemed to slip him nearby. He walked, with a quick footstep, goodness knows absorbed in which thoughts, with the knitted eyebrows, the lips tight around a cigarette, framed by the moustaches that as well as the hairs, he had them of a corvine black. The man went down the staircase, the steps to two to two, turned the angle and disappeared from my sight; that it was not a hallucination from sunstroke, was the display's camera that tells me...wow.

I had 3 second 3 for shooting..and was better so, because I haven't nothing else than him in mind, I had to got it, so happy to have succeeded...:).

At the same time that royal colors were tinging the clouds over the Catalina Mountains to the east on August 3, 2011 (see shot below), a totally different kind of spectacle was shaping up in the west, as a rainbow gleamed amid what looks like verga (or perhaps light rain) reddened by the rising sun.
