On June 8, 2011, NYGH launched its Patient Values. There are countless examples of care in our hospital that meet and exceed our Patient Values every day. The Patient Values reinforce our commitment to improving the patient experience throughout the organization.
Our core organizational values at NYGH – Listening, Leading, Learning and Serving – are complimented by the new Patient Values. The Patient Values do not replace our organizational values; rather, they define what the organizational values look like when we interact with patients and visitors.
