1) The element investigated in this photograph is value. Value is reflected in this photo by the different colours of blue. The water creates various types of blue from light to dark by having the sky contrast it.
2) The subject of this photo would be the water. I approached this subject during my vacation in Cuba.
3) The soft waves that were captured in my photograph.
4) If I had to retake this photo, I would have taken the picture differently by focus on the sand and having the water blurred as my background.

The NHS Values Summit brings together a diverse range of people and perspectives to create a greater understanding of how people’s differences, social status and cultural expectations can affect their experiences of health and care.
It challenges and inspires people to think about the role of ethical leadership in improving the health and wellbeing of local communities, staff and patients and how the NHS can increase the social value of its activities.
Welcoming representatives from health and social care, alongside more than 20 partners from the voluntary and community sector, this event (in Leeds, Yorkshire) was a template for future NHS Values Summits, which will be held twice a year in different locations across the country. Each event will explore a different theme relating to equality, health inequalities and human rights. The next gathering will take place in May 2013.

The Army’s Tough Mudder sponsorship enables the Army to engage a key audience about Army values and service; the ability to serve part time and to showcase the opportunities that exist in the Army Reserve to help motivated men and women achieve their professional and personal goals.
The Army’s sponsorship program is aimed at highlighting the unique service opportunities available in the Special Operations and the Army Reserve to Tough Mudder participants seeking to test their mental, emotional, and physical strength. (U.S. Army photo by Spc. Heather Doppke/released)
Tracadie United Baptist Church is valued for its association as the second oldest African Nova Scotian congregation in Nova Scotia.
In 1787, Black Loyalists first settled in the Tracadie district. They had escaped slavery and war in the Southern colonies to settle in Nova Scotia where they continued to face many difficulties. They were restricted from worshiping at the area’s existing churches and had to travel great distances to be baptized and have their spiritual needs met. As a result, these Black Loyalists began holding their own services where space was available, most often in private homes. After some years a decision was made to build their own church. Construction of this church was begun in Tracadie in 1821.
Tracadie United Baptist Church is valued for its association with preacher, David Nutter who arrived in the Tracadie district about 1821. His dynamic personality and the conviction of his message was so compelling that many of the community became followers of the Baptist faith. With the congregation established, a church was built under the name Tracadie United Baptist Church.
Tracadie United Baptist Church is a valued symbol of African Nova Scotian pride, accomplishment, freedom and unity. Despite hardship, and segregation, the congregation organized and maintained a church themselves. Today, the Tracadie United Baptist Church continues to hold regular services and act as an instrument of spiritual renewal and beacon of community spirit.
Tracadie United Baptist Church is valued as an example of Gothic Revival style churches in late nineteenth-century Nova Scotia. The church’s simple construction is evident in its one-and-a-half storey design, gable roof and symmetrical three-bay façade. Tracadie United Baptist Church also features Gothic elements such as Gothic windows with pointed arches.

1. The element that this photo investigatres is value which is represented through the different shades in the sunset.
2. The subject matter of this photogroah is the sunset.
3.I think what makes this photo appealing is the palm tree leaves which cover the sunset but leave enough room for its beautiful colours to be seen.
4. If I were to take this photo again I would try and get a shot from farther away or closer up so the palm trees are not in the shot.
Cordiales saludos,
Luis Fernando Correa

What systematic financial risks and fiscal impact does climate change pose? What are some of the emerging frameworks for valuing climate-related damage in key sectors such as agriculture and water resource management? What are good practice examples of partnerships to mitigate systematic climate risk and related losses?
These were just some of the questions discussed at a high-level inter-ministerial workshop held in Hanoi June 6-7, 2017 hosted by the Ministry of Agricultural Development (MARD) of Viet Nam and supported under the Integrating Agriculture in National Adaptation Plans (NAP-Ag) Programme. The NAP-Ag Programme is a joint effort led by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) to support countries to integrate and address climate change concerns as they affect agricultural sector-based livelihoods in national and sectoral planning and budgeting processes. The programme is funded by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB) through its International Climate Initiative (IKI).
