VT 390129 'City of Stoke-on-Trent' is seen arriving at Warrington Bank Quay, working the 9S54 London Euston (08:43) to Edinburgh (14:17).

This enormous dilapidated building near Sudbury VT is Hyde Manor, formerly a popular vacation destination. I had never seen it before as I was driving by. I would love to explore this old place on the inside!

The VT-40 is a heavy quadrupedal frame utilized by the secretive faction known as "The Dissident". Even among the dangerous Dissident weapons, the Penance sports the especially deadly "Penitence" pattern void cannon. Sure signs that a Penitence cannon has fired are the perfectly spherical holes left in the victim or victims; the weapon's impact seems to erase the hit matter from existence.
If this scary weapon weren't enough, it's also armed with two frontal assault cannons for dealing with foes who think getting closer to the Penance is a safer option. Field data shows, it isn't.

LFOW's note: I've been looking at the Mistarille Dawn and realized they're growing in frame variety rather quickly, and the Dissident have kind of been left behind. Going to be focusing on fleshing them out a little more now!
