Here you can see the path where a line was ran to connect the new Cafeteria to the sewer system on Latta Road. This passed through the location of the old 1987/2006 playground.

Most of the utility boxes here are decorated by artists.

Bloomington, Indiana.

After storytime we stood for one hour in rain to watch the utility work. Mama wanted to leave after a few minutes but I did not move until all the workers and machineries were gone.

I took this in my neighborhood of Mira Mesa Art which is painted on the electrical boxes. All of the boxes are painted by local artist that are trying to beautify our neighborhood. The artist are all from different backgrounds, are at different skill levels and are using different styles of painting.

Dunnow what the utility box at Hayward Field does exactly... or why it's there... but these little caps fascinate me every time I pass by them.

I was at ASUG's recent SAP for Utilities event in Huntington Beach - a superb event.
