On Thursday March 29th, 2018, Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Grand Egyptian Museum. This took place in the presence of Japanese Embassy representatives in Cairo and Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Director. E-JUST President Prof. Ahmed Al-Gohary affirmed all exerted efforts done by the Egyptian authorities to develop Heritage Institutions and related academic programs. Their works target consolidating scientific, social and scientific relations between concerned academic and professional bodies with the Egyptian heritage. In addition to the collaboration of Egyptian-Japanese efforts in the field of the developing Higher education and preserving Egyptian heritage. The agreement aims at exchange of expertise and supporting scientific research for preserving and managing ancient Egyptian heritage using the latest technologies available at E-JUST in cooperation with Grand Egyptian Museum experts.
