This is how my Ubuntu GNU/Linux looks right now! I'm tired of blue, blue everywhere, in each project of engineers and software developers (cof cof KDE)... it's like "if you can't design, make everything with blue". White or Black are good options, because theses colors are neutral, but I want some more colorful... so I decied for the Green :)

Desktop of my new netbook, samwise. Its a lenovo s10. The operating system is ubuntu linux, with ubuntu-netbook-remix packages.
It was quite simple to install. I created a live usb with ubuntu 8.10. Booted from that USB, my Lenovo s10 recognized the usb stick when I started it and asked if I wanted to boot from it without any changes. Then I told Ubuntu to install itself and it installed without a problem. You can also just run Ubuntu off of a USB stick if you want to try it out first.

BRAVO! Excitement abound. So complex. There are different flavors all over this dish. One needs to play with it. Every bite new and a surprise.
This is one of the dishes that makes Ubuntu the most exciting dining experience I have had in recent years.

Much like the Grilled peach panzanella, this was pure excitement. Another reason I am completely in love with Ubuntu.

The colors are completely natural.Was amazed by what my camera captured after a 32min exposure. Though the click is noisy due to over-burnt sensors and the excessive light on the tower gives it a graphic look.

WinXP kører i VirtualBox under Ubuntu 8.04. Og jeg multitasker for hårdt!
Målet er at kunne lave monitor profiles fra den virtuelle maskine så jeg ikke skal boote til windows for det.

got a nice brown on a quick shot with no lens no pinhole ... just the image sensor exposed to the outside world directly :-) had nice orangie lights on the celing which on a quick snap gave a colour touch... i like how the brown is very ubuntu :-) few swirls and it could probably pass of as a ubuntu default background i rekon :-)

I decided to try running my computer with just Linux and putting WIndows into a virtual appliance (VirtualBox). So far so good.
Installing Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx on a machine with 2 hard drives. /dev/sda isn't listed, and thats where Ubuntu needs to be installed.
Installing Ubuntu on my old clamshell iBook today. I got this screen for 35 minutes. Doesn't inspire confidence. (Now it's hanging on 'Testing security update repository' too...)
