A lovely find on the Dorset coastline, this is Worbarrow Cove.
You can clearly see the uplifted strata lines in the geology from an event that took place millions of years ago. Though its a little overcast there was definitely a mood present at this quiet and tranquil place.

I spent my entire AP film photography class working with 35mm pinholes and the ways you could tweak movement with such a long exposure time. I haven't touched the idea of motion in a while with a digital camera and have really been wanting to do so recently now that I know my camera a lot more. This was my first experimental photo of that idea. I definitely plan to revisit this concept.

Uplift, a steel-and-aluminum sculpture by Mia Pearlman at the corner of Berkeley Street and Columbus Avenue in the South End, outside the headquarters of Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Believe it or not, this is (sort of?) the natural lighting. As it was only midway through a blindingly bright, sunny, cloudless day...it's sort of lucky. But I like it.
