For my weekly brief I have to take two landscape photographs on campus, one in colour and one in monochrome.

Many elite swimmer at SMU are former or national swimmers who continue to compete at varsity, national, or even international level. Some of these athletes were head-hunted into the university, while others were discovered during the undergraduate admission interviews. As a university sports manager explained, "Sometimes we look for them. Sometimes they come to us."
There are three figures above the entrance to the Suzzalo library in the University of Washington's "Red Square". Each one is a striking image captured in stone. This is the piece on the far left.
The old town hall in Munster, Germany, where the Westphalian peace was established after the 30-years war in Europe. Now, it is the main building of their university, which has almost 40,000 students.
