Io mi ero seduta su un tronco , nell 'erba e presa le zecche. Me ne ero accorta tre giorni dopo.

Another 10 year old shot from where I always closed out my Glacier Park trips. While I loved Many Glacier's many charms, like Grinnell Point, Swiftcurrent Falls and many other beauties I preferred to spend the last few days in this more peaceful, serene and less visited part of the park. Truly good medicine.
Thanks for taking a look!
I had a very muddy walk in the woods yesterday following heavy rain mid morning, but the sun was out for the rest of the day, and the weather was quite mild and the air was fresh. I turned left at the fork and followed the track back to my car.
Thank you so very much Meicke beautiful.
My huge honor and trill to have my picture as the group`s cover.
Hugs ♥

These two strolled over to see what I was doing and to say 'Bonjour' - well, it was in Corsica and French is the official language!

The Brighton Marine Palace & Pier, known as the Palace Pier, (in foreground) opened in May 1899 and is now Brighton's only usable pier, it is 524 metres long. The West Pier was built in 1866 It has been closed since 1975, although after several fires in 2003 little other than the metal framework (seen in the background here) is now left in situ. The original Brighton Pier, the Royal Suspension Chain Pier, built in 1823 was destroyed in a storm in 1896 however the signal cannon can still be seen on the Palace Pier and the entrance Kiosks are still intact, and are now used as small shops on the Palace Pier. The remains of some of the pier's oak piles, sunk ten feet into bedrock, can still be seen at the most extreme low tides.
Thank you for taking the time to visit, comment, fave or invite. I really appreciate them all.
