Turning sod on a Wisconsin farm to prepare for corn planting. This tractor is 64 years old and it is still going strong!!!
The matched BLE T bird set is seen rounding the corner into Fairlane. Everything seemed to go just right for us on this trip. After this shot we started to make our way back towards Duluth.

Sim -- Elysion
The city streets are empty now
(The lights don't shine no more)
And so the songs are way down low
A sound that flows into my mind
(The echoes of the daylight)
Of everything that is alive
(In my blue world)
I turn to stone when you are gone
I turn to stone
I turn to stone, when you comin' home
I can't go on
The dying embers of a night
(A fire that slowly fades 'till dawn)
Still glow upon the wall so bright (turning, turning)
The tired streets that hide away
(From here to everywhere they go)
Roll past my door into the day
In my blue world
I turn to stone when you are gone
I turn to stone
I turn to stone, when you comin' home
I can't go on
Turn to stone when you are gone
I turn to stone
Yes, I'm turnin' to stone
'Cause you ain't coming home
Why ain't you comin' home
If I'm turnin' to stone
You've been gone for so long
And I can't carry on
Yes, I'm turnin', I'm turnin'
I'm turnin' to stone
The dancing shadows on the wall
(The two-step in the hall)
Are all I see since you've been gone (turning, turning)
Through all I sit here and I wait
(I turn to stone, I turn to stone)
You will return again some day
To my blue world

This was a tough scene to capture! Because of the sick dynamic range I decided to keep the filters in the bag and go for the multiexposure approach and blend manually. Even though I´m not thrilled about the final result, it did turn out quite nice. Hope it looks ok to you guys as well!
The sign tells you all you need to know. This is the minor road from Garbole, Tomatin to Farr. This was my turning point to go back to Tomatin the way I had come.
CSX geometry train W003-20 shoves east at CP-45 rejoining CSX property after turning the train on the P&W wye. The train will make the short move to the CSX Worcester Yard to tie down for the night. In the background, contrasted nicely again the dark sky, is Worcester Union Station. This beautiful structure was built in 1911 by the New York Central and still sees use by Amtrak and commuter rail passengers.
