I love visiting the open gardens every year. It is one hour and twenty minutes drive from Castle Hill in the north-west of Sydney.

And there are some lovely cafes in the Leura village for my flat white coffee!!

Tulips seen on the Southern Highlands Of New South Wales in a pretty town called Bowral.

Tulips, so excited about spring, that they are turning themselves inside-out! I don't know what kind of tulips these are, but oh my, how pretty. Another photo with my resurrected, old (2006) Panasonic DMC-FZ7. Why it takes such good photos is a mystery to me. Probably not to an optical physicist. (Sensor area only ca. 3.5% !! of the one in a full-frame 35 mm camera: 30 mm2 vs. 860 mm2). Location: Riehen BS Switzerland.
