The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival in WA is a must see. I found some nice light during the day but it was a bit windy until later. I bracketed apertures and this one, shot wide open at f4 looked like fun to process. Thank you for your kind visits and comments!
Are there people who don't like Tulips? I'd probably rank them just slightly behind sunflowers but the colors and the signaling that winter is over put tulips on my top 5 list.
Anyhow, these are from Loose Park in Kansas City.
I regularly pass the house where these tulips sit and say to myself must stop and take an image. Finally did it today. They really are beautiful.
Tulip perfection of lovliness! My neighbor next door loves to plant things and is always doing something in her garden during the spring and summer. The other day I noticed she had planted several tulips around the base of their mailbox. I loved the feathering of the green on the petals. Happy Sunday. Getting ready for work so will be visiting as I can.

We all love to shoot tulip fields and even though they all look about the same, they are beautiful by nature!!
