Outside the Hayward Gallery they're constructing a geodesic dome, probably for the Psycho Buildings exhibition.
The triangles of the dome echo the shapes within the much earlier Neon Tower (no longer in operation, alas), a kinetic sculpture influenced by wind movement, designed by Philip Vaughan (structure) and Roger Dainton (kinetics) and installed at the Hayward in 1970.

The Main Entrance of the Triangle Picture House Clifton Bristol 1914 to 1940
Designed by W.H.Watkins. It had a cafe where customers could watch the films while eating! It also had a renowned orchestra. The cinema was sold in the 1930's to the ABC group. It was destroyed by bombing in the blitz of 1940 (Archive Image)

Elegant peyote stitch triangle woven with green and golden delica beads. The triangle measures 1.5" on each side and hangs from an 18" cable choker and closes with a screw clasp.
The earrings are listed separately. Each triangle on the earrings measure approximately 1" on each side and they hang on gold plated earwires.
