奧萬大 is a fanouse and popular scenery of middle Taiwan ,we took a sight seeing to the beautiful place,though it was not colorful in spring season, we could feel the green everywhere at奧萬大 that was comfortable

Tirana Community Bicycle ishte projekti I PASS, për të rikthyer një mënyrë të lirë transporti dhe miqësore me mjedisin. Projekti synonte punësimin e të rinjve në një sipërmarrje sa sociale dhe mjedisore. Dhurimi i biçikletave për fëmijët e familjeve në nevojë, shitja e biçikletave të lira, të përdorura, shëtitje me biçikleta, kurse pedalimi dhe së fundmi stacione të biçikletave, ishin objektivat e këtij projekti.

Ndryshe nga sistemet e tjera të biçikletave të superfinancuara, me një mbështetje të gjerë qeveritare, komunitare dhe me një infrastrukturë gjysëm të gatshme, ecovolis erdhi me një financim modest të OSFA-së. Biçikletat u dhuruan nga një organizatë amerikane Pedal for Progress, ndërsa pjesa tjetër ishte një punë e palodhshme e një skuadre plot energji dhe passion për atë që po bënin.

Në tetor të vitit 2010 u krijua identiteti i biçikletës. Emri Ecovolis, Fluturim Ekologjik, bashkimi i dy fjalëve eco (ekologjike) dhe volis (fluturim), ngjyrat e simboleve kombëtare kuq e zi, kosh i bardhë dhe Sigla shumëngjyrëshe ecovolis.

Pas një fushate të gjerë aktivitetesh ndërgjegjësuese në krijimin e frymës dhe kulturës biçikletë në datë 23 Mars 2011 fillon stacioni I parë Ecovolis në Ish Parkun Rinia. Rradhë të Gjata të rinjsh dhe një habi e madhe te qytetarët e Tiranës. Brenda pak muajsh hapen dhe 3 stacione të tjera në Tiranë dhe 2 në Durrës.
