1st sheet of carpet was installed over the weekend. Took almost 4 cans of 3M 76 "Hi-Tack" glue. That stuff's the bomb! The left side went on perfectly but the right half had a wrinkle or two :( I've cut the carpet and matched it back up - you'd never notice :)

Fitted the trim to the roof vent :)
