This is a super easy top to make in 2 hours max. I LOVE the slub poly/rayon blend jersey knit (though hemming it wasn't my favorite thing in the world). The color is so pretty!!

Amantha bought her wedding shoes at this store along Steinway.

And here is my top half. It’s pretty blank… I spent WAY too much time getting the girl right. Especially that damn hand. It’s supposed to look like it’s gripping the axe. Let me know if it’s distracting, or “blob-like.”

Um, the logo and text will go below the girl, once I figure that out. I’m a bit concerned that the two sides don’t look unified enough, so any advice for that would be awesome!

Overall, it doesn’t really feel like a design that would appear on a snowboard. But I just really wanted to do some detailed illustrations as my focus. So oh well!

The skirt was made from very old linen, possibly from the 20's. I put in a growth pleat, and a sweet scallop edge. So simple, yet perfect for the feel I was going for.
