The Scranton District Dental Society sponsored the annual Tooth Fairy Day at the Lackawanna County Children's Library.

Children got to see a magic show with Dr. Brian Kerr, visit the Tooth Fairy, get their face painted, and receive a gift when they checked out books.

The event took place on Sunday, February 19, 2017.

First loose tooth (7 Jan 2009). Tooth fairy was good, but not as good as what SOME people suggested. BTW, the tooth was lost...in belly, down drain, who knows?

Quinn's first milk tooth fell out on 6 June 2006.

This WAS quite a neat felt tooth, until my cat adopted it and now it looks a bit raggy.

 

The other side has a sad face, a bit more suited to its worn appearance haha

The tooth is on the far right. The first gap (with the line at the moat) is on the left. The idea is to cross using the snow as a ramp at the gap on the left, then travel around the back of the "rhino horn" (my name for the pinnacle of rock at center - not sure what's it's called) to the gap on the right which is called Pineapple Pass. From Pineapple Pass you get on the Tooth and climb.

When dreamer Larry Guthrie (Larry the Cable Guy) loses his first love to the town hot shot, he decides to win her back by volunteering to help the local children at her after school program. But when Larry accidentally tells the kids that the tooth fairy is make believe, he is soon transformed into a tutu clad fairy with a sentence of collecting teeth.

There wasn't much light left in the day so it is a little soft and grainy....but I like the feel and mood of the shot....maybe if I get some noise reduction plug in I could fix it up a little....but for now it is what it is

And here is his mate across the road. It reminds me of a 'concept' we had called Mr Mattress... Though I think that was more about strapping a mattress to your body and running blindly into traffic...
