Little Birds made a tooth fairy pillow awhile back, and that inspired me to make one, too. He has a pocket on the back to hold teeth and presents.

I finally got my veneer on today. I'm betting you can't even tell which tooth it is. I'm just glad to be done after the braces, temp veneer, etc. Hooray!

Keegan's tooth fell out when his cell counts were really low so he had to stay in the hospital to get blood and platelet transfusions. We watched fireworks from his hospital window.
Here you can actually see the loose tooth. By now it is already a gone of course. We'll have to take a pic of it.
Nine going on nineteen. You spend so much of your time glued to youTube videos or chatting with your friends, it's a little insight into you growing up more than I'm ready for. You're 10 this year, and that's a scary number for me. But, you're still a little girl at heart, who believes in the magic of Christmas and leaves your teeth under your pillow for the tooth fairy. I will relish that fact and try my very best to make sure you don't grow up 'too' quickly, while making sure you're ready for all the grown up things that are ultimately going to happen very soon. It's a very fine balancing act that I'm not convinced I'm quite ready for.
