Here's a bit of the story behind the nickname.
I was also going to take a shot of my camera setup for this shot too. After arranging this just so I got to work on my camera setup. I wanted it as close to on-axis as I could get. So, I setup my ladder in front of my workbench and laid my tripod horizontal across one of the higher rungs. I bungied the tripod, climbed up on a shorter ladder and set the timer for 2 seconds. No flash. Just two 250watt halogen work lights I covered with old T-shirt scraps to soften the light a bit. After about 20 minutes I smelled smoke. The T-shirts started burning. Ahhh! I snapped a few more and quit before I started a fire. [8-)

Lean Manufacturing Tools
smartmanagement.info/lean-management.html
Lean manufacturing is the implementation of the concept that anything that does not create value in the product is to be eliminated. It is the concept of more value for less work. As trained industrial engineers, it seems pretty basic to us. Its simplicity iswhat makes it work. While the Japanese are rightfully given credit for re-vitalizing the concept of lean, its roots really go back to Frederick Winslow Taylor of Bethlehem Steel in the 1880s and 1890s.Then it was called “Scientific Management.”

Interesting tool the owner inherited. Claimed it is a saw but I think it may have been used at a saw mill to separate planks.
A Haas tool release piston assembly poses for its close-up prior to installation. These units release the toolholder from the spindle taper at a precise moment during an automated tool change.
