Reebok RealFlex Runners
Picked up my first pair of Reeboks since I was like 12 years old but I chose these bad boys over NIke's Free Run kicks since these actually felt more comfortable (Feels like I'm walking on marsh mellows) and are just as light as the Nike Free Runs.
Took these kicks out for a 10K run today after work and my feet really took a beating since it's got minimal support unlike my traditional Asic Gel runners which has amazing cushioning and support ---- but apparently, these RealFlex runners are supposedly designed to give you the sense of barefoot running but added protection to encourage more muscle strengthening versus high knee and hip impact from traditional running shoes. Who knows…could be a scam but I'm definitely gonna give these kicks more time.

Much before the nano, came the the ubiquitous Indian cycle, the sawaari of the millions. The whole day we would hear the "cycle ki ghanti" announce the arrival of a bringer of our daily needs. Doodhwaala, paperwaala, dahiwaala, biskoot waala, everywaala. Will this be a forgotten past? Or will this be a green future?

for the ticket. The TED speakers were incredibly moving and inspiring, and after a full 8 hour day of absorbing topics ranging from human rights issues to the tales of gas drilling crisis -- I am completely exhausted but inspired.
