TED x Vancouver 2010
Special thanks to Alex Beim, CEO/Creative director of Tangible Interaction
for the ticket. The TED speakers were incredibly moving and inspiring, and after a full 8 hour day of absorbing topics ranging from human rights issues to the tales of gas drilling crisis -- I am completely exhausted but inspired.

This is my new studio work space called 221A - An artist run collective studio in Chinatown. A bunch of various artists work in this space and in the front there's a small gallery space for shows.
The peeps that work in the studio are super nice and friendly. I'll definitely be spending more time working here outside of Rethink instead of working in my small studio apartment. Thanks again to Todd Takahashi for hooking me up.

Better late than never but here it is, our illustration work for the launch of MAKE, a wonderful little store located on Granville Island, Vancouver. We worked closely with Monica a talented graphic designer from Monolabs in creating these custom characters for MAKE. Some of the characters were inspired from all the interesting peeps we see going through Granville Island.

I just moved from the apartment very close to the Oktoberfest site of Munich to Iowa City in August. I don't want to miss the Oktoberfest. So I attended the Brewfest in Iowa City on September 28th, 2024. In this photo it is the May pole (Maibaum) dance which dance does not exist in Germany actually but the May pole dance is amazing.

This is the final, heart-touching moment of our new Mr. Lube spot called "Dear John". It's the classic girl-meets-guy, girl-buys-car-from-guy, girl-ditches-guy-for-Mr.-Lube because-guy-is-too-clingy-and-demanding. Also, a he's a bit too hairy. I think we've ALL been there, amIrightgirls? Click here to view the spot, but be ready to have those heartstrings TWANGED.

Shot these a week before I left for Hong Kong. I was looking for some opening scene footage ideas for my adidas project. Never actually used any of the shots and videos but good to keep in the archives. You never know when you'll need'em eh.
