I couldn't resist buying this new timer yesterday. It's not a three prong grounded device, but neither is my enlarger or safelight. The Time-O-Light I had before made a humming noise all the time. This one is silent, and clicks on the seconds. The dial on it is also about 10x easier to turn. Other than that, it's just about identical anyway...

[Spolier Alert] Before its implosion, the Swan contained a 108-minute countdown timer. The timer was reset by entering the Numbers into the station's computer and pressing Execute. On completing the countdown, the timer's numbers were replaced by red and black Egyptian hieroglyphics while simultaneously a recorded voice repeated "system failure" continuously over the station's speaker system. By the end of Season 2, Desmond came to the conclusion that his system failure was the apparent cause of the Flight 815 crash.

I don't know I guess I shouldn't show things like this to people but it looks so cool! It was going to be chocolate cherry pudding with vegan marshmallows but, I forgot to set the timer.
