Real Food Cafe, Plainfield Twp, Michigan USA
Looking at this in black & white, it could be a restaurant scene out of the 1950’s or 60’s.......

The Flag Building also referred to as the Super Power Building is the largest building in Clearwater, Florida. It is owned by the Church of Scientology and was built principally to deliver the Super Power Rundown, a high-level Scientology training course intended to train Scientologists to use what Scientology describes as all of their 57 "perceptics" or senses. The interior of the building contains training suites, course rooms, theaters, and various devices intended to test these "perceptics," including a "time machine", an anti-gravity simulator, an "infinite" pit, and a pain station.
The complex occupies a city block at 215 South Fort Harrison Avenue. It includes a 15-story tower topped by a bronze Scientology cross visible from much of Clearwater. Construction began in 1998, was halted in 2003, and was ultimately resumed to reach substantial completion during 2011. The long delay in construction led to substantial fines being levied by the city authorities. The building is valued at $80 million and at least $145 million was raised by Church fundraising towards the project. The church denies accusations that the Flag Building's completion was deliberately delayed so that it could serve as a cash cow.[citation needed]
The Church of Scientology announced in August 2013 that the building would be opened to the public on October 6, 2013, with a dedication ceremony that the church estimated would attract approximately 10,000 Scientologists. However, a month later it emerged that the Church had canceled the ceremony and postponed the opening of the building. The building finally opened on November 17, 2013.
At 127,000 square feet (11,800 m2), the building is the largest property in Clearwater. It was originally budgeted to cost $24 million, but the cost has more than doubled to an estimated $50 million after repeated redesigns of the interior. According to the building plans, the Super Power Building will feature a grand lobby lined with sculptures depicting aspects of Scientology; theaters for training and introductory films; a museum honoring the Sea Org; and a separate museum honoring Scientology's founder, L. Ron Hubbard. The sixth floor will house an indoor running track for Scientologists undergoing the Purification Rundown detoxification program.
The Mediterranean Revival-style building will also contain a bookstore, a library, and hundreds of course and study rooms; with a total of 889 rooms, 447 windows, and 42 bathrooms, plus a 1,140-seat dining room and two kitchens. A 124-foot (38 m) bridge connects the Super Power Building to the Scientology-owned Fort Harrison Hotel on the other side of S. Fort Harrison Avenue.[1] In January 2012, Tony Ortega of the Village Voice published leaked blueprints of the Super Power Building that revealed architectural features including a recreation of a deck on the Apollo, L. Ron Hubbard's flagship in the 1960s.

AHAHAAA!!
Hideous humor, Riddler! Why are you laughing now?? We deleted your Temporal Displacement program so you're time machine won't work!
Oh, we'll see Boy Wonder! Haha! Have you truly figured out my riddle?
Of course we did! Your plan to transport the world's worst killers from the future to our time is foiled!
Wait, Robin. The riddle. "The time machine brings 530 stone cold killers to the past. 530 is the number." It seemed a bit obvious that the clues led us to this computer. I felt Riddler was guiding us. What if the entire computer program was a ruse?
Gosh, Batman! Then where is the time machine??
On the wall, Robin. So simple. A clock. A machine that tells time. I believe we'll find a remote detonator inside the clock that will fire off at 5:30.
Tempestuous time, Batman! It's 5:15 now!
Plenty of time for me to indulge in a long monologue Robin.
HAHAHA! Even if you remove the remote detonator Batman, you don't know where the bomb is hidden!
Oh, I believe I do.
CURSES!! How could you!?
Your own vengeful pride, Riddler. "530 stone cold killers" made me think of Coldstone Munitions and, specifically, their 530 model automatic. I then went through Coldstone's correspondence files and found letters from one "Eddie N." Edward Nigma, I guessed. 'E. Nigma'. You, Riddler.
Crazed communications, Batman! What did the letters say??
A lot of angry things, Robin. Nigma was angry that the model 530 had not worked as he planned when modified for use in his cane. Of course Coldstone had rightly replied that their gun was not meant for such customizations. Nigma was so angry that he promised retribution on the factory so that the model 530 would be a "thing of the past".
Agonizing allegories, Batman! "The time machine brings 530 stone cold killers to the past."
Exactly, Robin. So now I'll simply deactivate the remote detonator in this clock and then we can head over to Coldstone to remove the bomb. We'll even have time to stop by the Paprihaven Police Department on the way and drop off our 'time traveling' fraud.

I was out adventuring one day when I came across this strange little antique store in Georgia. I mean it was in the middle of nowhere and actually only stopped to take some pictures of the rustic old building. As I pulled in a woman came out of the house next door motioning me to come on in. Then when I got out she said to me, "come on where open". So I went into the old building out of courtesy. As I walked through the old place, I found this old camera, I was intrigued by it. I held it and looked at it, and I could feel the time through it. I had to have it! As I drove home with my new find, I thought to myself about who had owned it, what they had used it for, what images it had captured. I sat the camera next to my bed in the hopes that some of those memories may come into my dreams. So, ya, you could say that I wanted it to take me back in time. So when this week's Flickr Friday was announced I knew that this would be my subject. My own personal window in time, my own little time machine.

A once regular sight in the UK, these boxes acted as mini police stations.
Many survive in Scotland and have been put to use as mini newsagents, Cafes etc.
This one in the centre of Glasgow was until last year in use as one such establishment.

I often think of my older lenses as photographic time machines, marvelling that those who designed and assembled them could never have imagined their rebirthing in a digital world. Here are two of my older ones, a 1952 CZJ Biotar (from which the Helios 44 range was derived) and the classic Trioplan 100 from Meyer-Optik Görlitz (1960-65). Photographed with an E. Ludwig Meritar 50/2.9 (1949-68 with Exakta mount), but with a 2014 Raynox close-up attachment.
Not 100% Star Wars, but it’s pretty close! I’m really enjoying midi-scale, just finishing the Republic Gunship instructions they’ll be up soon (rebrickable.com/users/ron_mcphatty/mocs/) and then I’ll start on Revan’s ride.
The Boxtrolls are full of excitement! They love the Delorean from Back to the Future just as much as I do.
